[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]What  makes you feel qualified to be an admin vs. everyone else here at MTA  Roleplay?   I just feel I would be more Qualified because I have been on this server for 6+ Years and I would be able to help the newer players that's coming in about what roleplaying is and how to do it correctly , also from just watching the admin staff over the years that have been on the server I have learned how to deal with Various situations from Death matching to a CK situation. One goal on my List would definitely be to Have more people coming to the server and having fun role Playing because The more people Equals the more role-play and more interaction in the game , Another goal that I have if I was to be chosen as admin is it help the Players that don't know how to role-play and Make sure that they get the Rp - School that that they need so that it doesn't slow down any situation with in the game that needs to be handled. [B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]In  your own opinion, describe a problem you see on our server and a way  you see to fix it, or at least feel like is a good solution. This can be  anything from the Roleplay standards to how mapping looks on the server  (minimum of 300 words)   One thing that I see with the server that can improve is the role playing a little bit within some of the players that are already in the server or First Joining the server As I said before  the Way that I would help that is observe players that I fell could improve on their Role playing and Teach them through RP school even the players That need help getting a hang of the game I will be glad to help them start . Anther thing about the server  that I would want to see improve its definitely love to see improve is the Player base And I think we would be able to improve that by sending out No-Reply Emails out to all the previous players Inviting them back to Join the server I see it as being a step in a Good direction Because the more players online the greater chance to see some good Role Playing. 1.Metagaming - Occurs when a player is using ooc Information  and a way to have a advantage In Game
2.Revenge killing - The act of after being killed returning to your death spot and killing the person who killed you
3.Alt to Alting - Transferring items By Dropping them from your inventory to another one of your players ( drugs, keys , n=money  ect)

1. 1st Offense: I would tell the player they cannot mix OOC information and IC information because its against the rules. (Warning)
1. 2nd Offense: I would Jail the Player for mixing 00C and IC information. (30 Minute jail)
1. 3rd Offense: I would Jail them for an extended period of time (60 Minute jail)

2. 1st Offense: I would start off with a verbal warning telling them that revenge killing is against server rules .

3. 1st Offense:  I would warn the player that alt to alting is against the rules and warn then not to do it again Along with taking the items they tried to switch

[B]Terms of Agreement:[/B]During  your time being admin here, You understand that if you are suspected to  be a "Regular" on another server as admin or not, you will be  immediately asked to leave. Should you ever be removed from the admin  team, You are still under this agreement. Sharing any information that  you may have learned during being an admin will not be permitted to be  released. You understand that breach of this agreement will mean that  you are permanently blacklisted form this community and all your IP's  and Serial's be placed on our ban list. Lieing on either this  application will result in termination of your admin position, If you  have provided us with any personal information (Such as Mobile Phone  number) and it changes, you must inform us of this change. If we contact  your mobile number and end up sharing confidential information to a  stranger, you will be terminated.
[B]Non Disclosure Agreement:[/B]Staff  acknowledges that, in the course of employment by The Gaming *******,  the Employee has, and may in the future, come into the possession of  certain confidential information belonging to the Employer including but  not limited to trade secrets, customer lists, Customer Information,  pricing schedules, profits, methods, processes, or marketing plans. The  Employee hereby covenants and agrees that he or she will at no time,  during or after the term of employment, use for his or her own benefit  or the benefit of others, or disclose or divulge to others, any such  confidential information. Upon termination of employment, the Employee  will return to the Employer, retaining no copies, all documents relating  to the Employers business including, but not limited to, reports,  manuals, drawings, diagrams, blueprints, correspondence, customer lists,  computer programs, scripts, and all other materials and all copies of  such materials, obtained by the Employee during employment. Violation of  this agreement by the Employee will entitle the Employer The Gaming  ******* to an injunction to prevent such competition or disclosure, and  will entitle the Employer to other legal remedies, including attorney's  fees and costs. If any part of this agreement is adjudged invalid,  illegal or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall not be affected and  shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement shall be binding  upon the parties, and upon their heirs, executors, personal  representatives, administrators and assigns. No person shall have a  right or cause to cause of action arising out of or resulting from this  agreement except those who are parties to it and their successors in  interest. This instrument, including any attached exhibits and addenda,  constitutes the entire agreement of the parties. No representation or  promises have been made except those that are set out in this agreement.  This agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by all the  parties.
