Just on here venting as I've noticed one of my competitors has basically rewritten one of my articles and is now outranking me based on a higher DA alone it seems. I'm fuming as it was one of my best earning articles.

Likelihood is I'll do nothing in terms of revenge, however I could be a c*nt and report them to Amazon as they have clearly downloaded some of the images off Amazon and edited them in some way (against Amazon TOS), and are possibly using non Amazon buy now buttons.

I once stole the route book from a driver who worked for a huge company and then about a week and a half later ran that route offering discounted bottled water for 6 months. Picked up 7 or 8 customers running that route.

Funny thing is a few years later I sold a large portion of my company to that very entity.
Best thing about competitors is to send the clients who are a pain in the arse.

I think the worst thing I've done is buy up all the EMD's for some things.

Outranked him........ for damn near every keyword he was ranking for lol. I had a competitor (who is also an acquaintance) reach out to me to purchase my site, and became shitfaced when I declined his offers. He told a mutual friend that he was giving me a chance to bail before burying my business. I made it my constitutional right (lol) to outrank him. I even created sub-niche sites targeting his keywords to outrank him. I believe this caused a 30%+ drop in his monthly UVs. See this was a secondary site that I put minimal effort into prior to his shit talking. He awakened the BEAST! lol

Don't really use this -
One of my competitors stole most of my content and pictures (once I created by myself). After a while my website got penalized, but his website (filled with my content) didn't get penalized, but started to rank really well. So I just 301 redirected my penalized domain on his website and he also got penalized.
