Daehei was a very sheltered child growing up: her dad worked in the government and her mother was very adamant in her beliefs. She never knew anyone who had a sibling, as her parents had always raised her to believe in the only child rule. Then, when she was eleven, she met a girl who quickly became one of her closest friends. They were inseparable: they hung out every day after school, they had sleepovers during the weekends, they even had matching bracelets. Then something shocking happened. Her friend, Soohyun,  confessed that she had a younger brother, and that he was hiding in their house. Daehei wasn't sure how to feel as she wanted to support her friend and have her be happy, but she didn't want to disappoint & have to lie to her parents. She decided, however, to begin to support Soohyun. 'All that matters is that she's happy,' is what she thought to herself. But Soohyun then, without explanation or even a warning towards her, moved away - without even talking to Daehei before she left. Daehei felt alone and betrayed for months afterward, but she never told anyone about her friend's secret younger brother.

- LIVELY : She has only really seen the good side of life so she doesn't have any reason to be sad.
- HOPEFUL : Daehei always has hope and sees the good in everyone.
- PEACEFUL : Daehei hates fighting and tries to avoid it whenever possible. She's normally the one to try and defuse problems whenever they arise.
- CAREFREE : Daehei doesn't like to be weighed down by worries, and instead chooses to focus on the positives of life.
- CLUMSY : This girl will knock down anything within two feet of her if it can be moved. She constantly trips while walking down the street, and often drops things. This is partly due to a nerve deficiency she developed as a child, but it doesn't affect her that much.
- KIND : She always tries to be as nice to others. She is aware that some people have certain circumstances, and she wants to spread some positivity, even if it's just a small amount.
- UNDERSTANDING : Daehei is very understanding because she wants to make people feel comforted and like they're not alone, even if she hasn't experienced the same things as them. She hates seeing people upset.
COMFORTING : She is great at listening to others and calming them down whenever they're upset, plus she gives great hugs :)
IMPLUSIVE : She does things that just pop into her head and doesn't think about the consequences. This is because she's never really had someone tell her no; her parents always allowed her to do whatever she wanted.

job;; Painter/artist for senior citizens : She works at a nursing home where she helps them to make crafts & other artistic activities.

citizen ranking;; 3/10 : She hasn't really worked in the government area, choosing to work with  the elderly so she wouldn't have to be reminded of Soohyun and her secret. She does, however, pretend to agree with the only child rule, especially when she is with her parents (because of her dad's job at the government).

how you met;; Daehei was walking home from her job when a car passed and splashed water all over her and the paintings she was carrying. She dropped them into the street in surprise, and they got run over by a passing car. She then carelessly walked into the road to try and retrieve it, and Kun quickly ran to her and dragged her off. He began to scold her, saying how stupid and careless she was for trying to get her paintings when they were in the middle of a busy street. Daehei really didn't care and just wanted her paintings back, and so she began to space out and then Kun began to yell at her again for spacing out.

first impressions+progression;;
Kun thought she was pretty dumb and reckless for literally running into the middle of a busy street, but he tried not to get too angry with her as he felt bad.

Daehei thought that he was must have been pretty stern and responsible to rescue someone like that, so she felt intimidated & a bit jealous, but she also thought he was nagging on her too much.


beginning:
Daehei and Kun began to see each other every Monday as they both came home from work. They began to make polite conversation, and Kun would always tease Daehei about her walking into the middle of a road.

middle: They gradually became closer; they would even sometimes eat dinner together and just talk together. They became close friends, but Kun kept oddly insisting that they only meet up on Mondays, which she agreed to because she liked him so much.

end: Daehei discovers that he has a sibling when she sees him one day (not a Monday) and approaches him. Even though she knows him, he doesn't know her. That Kun then realizes that she knows a Kun from another day and decides to tell her the truth. She handles it pretty well (she remembers how her friend confessed) and she tells that Kun that she wants to meet the others.

why did you help them;;
Daehei helps them because she realizes that there's nothing wrong with having siblings, and that you can't control it. When she met all of them together, she realized how close they were, and she wondered why the government would want to break that beautiful bond up.
