- Stand Name: Neuromancer
- Stand Master: Jane Doe
- Power: E -4
- Speed: B +1
- Range: A +2
- Durability: E -4
- Precision: A +2
- Potential: B +1
- Abilities: Neuromancer has the ability to control and manipulate inanimate objects and infuse it with it's own essence and power, essentially creating it's own sub-stands and remote stands that it can use to carry out it's master's deeds, this ability also super-charges whatever it's used on so something like a toy mech or gundam's energy weapons become "real" and can inflict actual damage. It also has advanced abilities that allow it and it's user to engineer, hack, repair, or otherwise sabotage anything mechanical or technological it comes into contact with and in turn allows it and it's user to have a general understanding of any tech it comes into contact with. It can also manipulate technology and the electronic waves that technology gives off in unorthodox ways allowing it to do things like create interference that masks it and it's user's presence from technology like cameras and other people. These abilities also allow it to create gadgets such as the voice box that allows it's user to speak using pre-generated phrases gathered from the internet and basic weapons like knives or single-use sonic blasters. If all else fails it can use it's signature ability "Digital Crash" To cause it's sub-stands or nearby Tech to explode violently.

- Digital Crash: L
- Strengths: It has incredibly long range and mechanical prowess which allows it to adapt to a variety of situations if needed and make tools and weapons that it's user can use to defend themselves or support their allies, it can also have a rather large force of created sub-stands depending on certain factors and has rather high-speed, allowing it to dodge attacks rather easily and can even manipulate it's own waves to become somewhat intangible to dodge attacks. It's very much a Long Range Support stand that relies more on it's own allies and sub-stands to do most of the fighting.
- Weaknesses: Sound waves of a certain frequency (Usually Hard Rock/Heavy Metal) Can disrupt the waves that make up the stands form and stun/cause distress to both the stand and the stand user themselves, these sound waves can also reveal his location and disable it's intangibility. Despite it's incredible Mechanical Prowess and Sub-stand creation, both it and it's user are only as strong and durable as the average human and can very much go down in a single good hit if someone gets the jump on them. Digital Crash itself is a last resort trump card and uses up a large amount of vitality and strength from the stand and it's user as they're sacrificing a piece of the stand's essence (Which does later regenerate) to cause their sub-stands to explode, this can only be done a maximum of three or four times a day as they are now before they're out of the fight and have to recover for a day or two. The sub-stands it creates are only as strong as what was used to make them with some added durability due to the stand's abilities, although this means that like say, with a mecha toy it'll go down in one or two good hits depending on the make, size, and quality of the materials present. The stand must also be able to make contact with an object in order to bring it to life. Larger objects require much more essence and power for the stand to bring to life and control and as such there is a limit to just how many things it can make and generally it can't bring to life and control things any larger than an average person. Once it's being used to hack or otherwise perform something technological or engineering-based, the user must focus on that task fully before anything else can be done. It goes without saying but in order for him to use a gadget he has to have created it beforehand.
