17,000 Unique Visitors & Some Update News. | (05/10/2019)

Okay, so first things first. Peelopaalu reached over 17,000 unique hits as of yesterday and peaked on the 29th of September getting over 2,140 unique hits in a single day. That's really something else right there. I had no idea so many people would find obscure links as interesting as I do, and I definitely didn't expect to get anywhere near this many visitors when I originally shared the link on /g/. This place has been shared multiple times on 4chan, and it's appeared as far away as Finland on Ylilauta, Russia on M2ch, and more. So yeah. Thanks! The future is bright for Peelopaalu!

Also, yes, updates - Yeah, okay, srs, I hear you. I get that I haven't updated the directory in a little while and I know that in internet terms if you vanish for a month you've totally definitely been dead for OVER 9000 YEARS. Don't fret though, this isn't the case. I'm going to start work on another large (an estimated 50 - 100 link) update for Peelopaalu today, and it should get rolled out sometime in the coming weeks. There's going to be some really cool stuff in this update, and I hope you like this next lot of links just as much as I do.

As of my previous update, not a lot has changed. I am still immensely busy with super fun IRL stuff such as spending out the ass to make visa arrangements for my future wife to come back to the UK with me from Australia, paying for rent, and chasing up some work while I'm in the middle of nowhere in Australia with no means to travel. Money is tight right now, and all of my spare time that I'd usually spend updating Peelopaalu has been taken up by a whole pile of stressful stuff that just has to take priority right now. Shit's heavy, yo. I massively appreciate your patience when it comes to my slow updates as of late, and I promise that when I eventually get all of this sorted out that Peelopaalu will start receiving much more consistent updates.
