Why have I decided to apply: I've worked on quite a few smaller servers with Managerial roles, owned my own servers which have been successful (a few with 100+ playerbases), fixed others and if I'm honest, I feel like this could be a good time to get experience in the field. I need to build up confidence, experience and if anything, management skills. I believe the more experience I can get, it'll help me with problem-solving and give me a confidence boost.

I was a Moderator on MineHeroes.net which has taught me a ton about myself and gave me skills in crisis management and general day to day staffing. I know how stressful being a Moderator is, heck, it can reach ~2000 players and only have 5 staff on, that's 400 players per staff member pretty much. I feel like that opportunity taught me a lot and I'd love to be able to pass that on to other staff members, giving them a chance to prosper too. This hasn't been my only experience in relatively large servers. I've been a staff member on multiple other servers a couple being Dream-MC, skyblockxyz and CagedUp all three servers with playerbases of 100-300 daily and both these servers taught me lots and gave me more experience with general staffing and management. Now although these are the larger servers I've worked for I've worked for many smaller ones as a manager, these servers ranged from skyblock > kitpvp with playerbases from 20-50, I learnt a lot doing this and i had many duties including writing documents and fixing issues on the server, this also included monitoring the server and the forums (xenforo or enjin) and going through ban appeals, player reports and staff applications accepting the best and most worthy staff for the server.

I have also worked at RoyalCraf, ChaosOP & RKONetwork as a manager. ChaosOP has a daily playerbase of 14-40 with 60-70 peaks. On ChaosOP I was to manage the community, push out updates and host events. RoyalCraft has a larger playerbase with 40-80 daily with 270 at peaks. On RoyalCraft i was at first the staff manager obviously managing all staff related issues, then I was moved to content manager where I pushed out all the updates and kept the gamemodes fresh. On RKONetwork I was know as "Lead-Admin" which is the equivalent to Manager. On RKO i was to manage the hole staff-team and see that the server ran smoothly. I was to create events and monitor the forums, host staff meetings and such.

I've owned quite a few minecraft networks some ranging from 10-20 players and others with 50-100+, these have taught me so much in the management field as I always chose to manage my networks alone which meant I had to handle the staff applications, updates, the staff-team and the community. I've got experience In a wide variety of game modes and I know what is like to choose the wrong staff-member which is why I don't and I can make sure that someone beneficial to the server and staff-team is accepted into the role.

I’ve learnt from some of the best in how to handle a staff team as I was being handled by them. I’ve saw how they handled it, but, more importantly, I’ve learnt from their mistakes. I know what they did wrong and I know not to do it, which is essential to running a server. One mistake can ruin it, which is why choosing the correct person is so vital to your network.

I think that you should lead from the ground up and taking the time to train them right, not half training them and preparing for them messing up when something goes wrong.
