Q: Why is my premium not working?
A: You have to make sure you're in a server with Swag mode users, this may take a few tries hopping between servers but once you get the hang of it, it'll be working perfectly!

Q: How long does it take to get my premium after I've purchased it?
A: It takes around 5-6 minutes, sometimes this may vary due to the speed of the Github repository updating and translating that to the activation of your premium powers.

Q: How long do I have premium for?
A: Your premium lasts forever!

Q: Can my premium get taken away?
A: No. Once you buy premium, it's yours forever!

Q: What do I do if the account I have premium on gets banned from Da Hood, or my account gets terminated?
A: DMing your seller with proof of your purchase would be the best way to go about this.

Q: How can I sell premium?
A: You can't.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: We do not offer refunds.

Q: I got scammed by another server, what do I do?
A: Our only servers are:
