Experience

I feel you should accept me as the role of Helper on VidalMC because I understand a lot about the staff role, I've had a lot of experience of owning servers and being staff on servers. Even the things I need to work on about being a staff role is that VidalMC can help me with all this because you can teach me.

Dedication

Dedication, this is the one thing which is very important because if a staff member isn't dedicated to staff on the server or even play on the server it's a major problem, but with me I will be a hard-working and dedicated staff member, always ready to support someone, help someone out with a report, anything!
So overall I will be a hardworking and dedicated staff member.

Maturity

Another big thing for being a staff member is maturity, once your staff you have to be mature which I will because if you're not you're going to end up being demoted or just known for being a bad staff member. I will be very mature while being the staff role on VidalMC!

Professional

Being professional, if I receive the staff role I will always be professional around players every staff member must follow this rule because I've been staff on servers were half of the staff are just immature and unprofessional and that just leads to your player-base leaving and just the server dying slowly.

Active

Being active, every staff member must be active it's one of the obvious rules which a staff member must follow and this is one of the things I have and will do. I will always be on and hard working.

All these points I made will be the main key things I will follow when being staff on VidalMC so this is a massive reason why I believe I should be staff on VidalMC.

What is your biggest mistake? What did you do to overcome it?:

I gave a guy builder and OP on my server and he destroyed it all, but then I had coreprotect so I just reset it all back, and after that I have made sure they have had a reputation before.



Have you ever been banned or punished on our or any other server? If so, for what?: I was muted on faithful for being toxic as I said to a kid 'come in kid' x3. and that's all I may have had some more but I have played mc for 5 years and I don't remember.





Why did you decide to apply for our server, VidalMC?: Well I want to be staff - because, I enjoy being staff. This is a very important part of being a staff member, Even though its hard at time I will always push though it. You have to enjoy it. I love being able to keep the server a better place for the people to come and go. I also would like to improve the server and support the server as this server may has a fair bit of people braking the rules. I can be on a lot as I don't have much to do. I also want to see the community thrive and see the player base expand. I don't just want people to come and have a good time once, I want them to have a very good time while they are on here. So if I get this Rank, I will do just that! I also want to show that 14-year-olds are not always bad. Ever since I had Minecraft I couldn't stop playing it. It usually takes all my free time. I should use this time to not only play Minecraft but also help to contribute to what servers I play on. I do go to school but that won't stop me from hitting 24 hours a week. I will make sure that I have done all the requirements to become staff on here and help people out if they need anything. I never abused my permissions whilst staff so I hope that you can trust me that I will not abuse and I never intend to break the rules whilst staff. I have made mistakes before on this server, but i am coming back new and improved.





How will you help to improve the community on VidalMC?: I believe I would be able to assist this server because i would be able to help people in a more civil sense. With this rank, I would be able to assist people in a much more productive way in every circumstance. I would be able to assist in some of the problems people have in chat. Say when ever people need help locating something on the website or need specific links, I will be there to help. I would also be of assistance to people who do not apply by the rules of VidalMC. Say if they are hacking or being racist etc...

Also I can assist the server by cleaning the server of toxic people, like get rid of hackers, and the amount of advertisers is in real, and I've seen many advertisers pass staff many times. I've had lots of experience being staff, as I have been staff before on this server. I'm on all the time now. I can help this server in anyway possible. I'm good at taking orders, and I'm a good leader, and good at team building. I'm always on my A game, always trying to make people happy, making new friends, and so on. Always trying to help people out in any and every way I possible can. I will assist all staff, and players in any such way they need help with. Lately have seen an increase in hackers and advertisers I would love to help decrease that number. I love playing on this server, this is were I spend most of my time. I'd rather help people then do something else. I know how much the staff need help and I Know how hard it is for the server to have a decrease in staff. So I want to help all them out by becoming staff and keeping the server a lot cleaner.
