seen on the advert as well as the price stated. I am ready to make
instant purchase with my mode of payment would being a Certified Bank
Check / Cashier via Postal service Express mail or UPS overnight
delivery.

I believe you stated you would be giving cash to pick up the item.  I cannot accept any other form of payment unfortunately due to bank difficulties.  If that still works for you I can remove the listing from craigslist.

Actually I just called my bank and I think this'll work. The full name is (the person whos bank account will make this work) Jennifer Durham, full address at 852 West Main St, Charlottesville, VA 22903. Final asking price is 240 since you are giving an extra $40 for it.
