- Alignment of Deity: Neutral Evil
- Unholy Symbols: The common unholy symbol is that of an empty exoskeleton of a locust, with bloodied wings. Scythes are associated with Urgathoa as well.
- Depiction: Urgathoa is often depicted as a beautiful woman, whose body eventually rots at the waist and leads to nothing but bloodied bone.
- Clergy/Worship: Urgathoa isn't always turned to by the sinister and the evil, indeed. Those who are afflicted with plague and disease sometimes turn their head to the Pallid Princess in attempt to cure them of their ailment. Worshipers of Urgathoa often proudly boast at how she is, quite possibly, the reason why famine and plague exist on Erilen, and how they are simply suffering by not being within her favor.
- Worshipers have few responsibilities and live a hedonistic lifestyle. The only responsibility a worshiper of Urgathoa has is to assist those seeking undeath in any means possible, and living a rather hedonistic and free lifestyle.
- Common religious practices: Urgathoa's followers often spread disease and host ceremonies of festivity and drink. Fervent worshipers are said to purposefully plague themselves, or turn to lichdom. Whichever the case, both are very likely within the secluded confines of Urgathoa's church.
- An infamous ceremony is called "The Reaping.", in which a cultist of Urgathoa sets out with a scythe and murders as many innocent lives as possible, before being driven back to his hideout (or killed). The result may end with Urgathoas favor.
- Unholy Text: The unholy text is called "Serving your hunger"
