  1. As we've gone through a period of our media being really quiet, you might want to read this article to catch up with the news! In these few months we've undergone uncountable changes to the CS:GO team, changes in staff member's responsibilities and many other minor things.
  2.
  3. First and foremost, we've dropped our PUBG team (former PISI9) since the contracts we're signed until the end of BESL Season 2. As the team did fill our expectations with how they played their game, performed in BESL season, participated in other tournaments with remarkable success, we didn't quite find the chemistry to make the players more engaged into our MightyWolves community. Combined with team manager's poor knowledge about the scene and lack of communication, it made it even harder for us find a reason to keep them.

  7. While those things we're happening, the CSGO team was also undergoing various changes in the lineup. As there would be too much text for you to read, I've created a small little timeline thingy so you can see and understand the roster shuffle easier.

  11.  These roster changes in the past month didn't stop us from establishing dominance in Latvian CS:GO scene by winning Zowie BenQ GOEXANIMO CS:GO #13 with dropping only two maps in the whole tournament. The team chemistry was already there because 4 of the former players are back in the roster. By adding Freaky to the lineup, we would like to hope that we've found the recipe to a successful team!

  13. In addition of CS:GO team we've added Gekons as the main coach who has helped the team by coaching when we had a bootcamp, for example. Here's his statement:
  14.
  15. "As of today I'm officially becoming a part of MightyWolves, where I'm going to be taking on the CS:GO squad's coach role. With the experience I've gathered through-out my over a decade long Counter-Strike player career, I've no doubt in my mind that there are plenty of things both in and outside of the game that I can not only show to these youngsters how to do better, but also, teach them how to do them consistently in order to achieve success both short and long term.

  17. Speaking about the team itself - I've always had mad respect for players who have good work ethic and an attitude of champions. While many of the players in our scene obviously lack one or maybe both of these things, MightyWolves CS:GO players have showed me that they do have these qualities and that made my decision to join ever so more easy. Last time around when I had the opportunity of working with these guys back in August we reached the Grand Final of ESEA Intermediate division. With the new roster winning the most recent GOEXANIMO event just days after being formed, I already know that these guys have the potential to achieve much more than that and I'm going to make sure that they keep their eyes on the prize at all times.

  25. With all the things explained, I'd like to introduce myself, the media guy. My nickname is Field9 and I will be creating content for the organisation as well as communicating with our fans, managing social networks and stuff like that!

  27. Hopefully we've a nice bumpless road ahead to transport the necessary materials in order for the MightyWolves big rebuild to happen successfully.
