soomin is much of a introverted person. she likes spending time on her own, even if she does likes others company. it is very rare for her to open up when you first meet her. she isn’t necessarily shy, she doesn’t have any problems with speaking in public, but saying that she is an extrovert would be completely wrong.

when you get to know her, you will soon realize that she actually is friendly and cares very much for her friends. she would go out and buy some drinks or helped her friends out whenever they needed it. she also likes laughing and spending time with her friends.

soomin is an art enthusiast and she doesn’t even hide it. she loves painting, fashion, drawing and most importantly, composing songs and singing. she is very passionate about what she does and could talk to you about it for hours without stopping. even though being perfectionist can have it’s benefits, it definitely isn’t to soomin. she tends to overwork herself and deprive herself of sleep just because she thinks what she’s composed wasn’t good enough.

   soomin lived in average life in busan, with her parents, owner of a restaurant and her older brother. since she was young, she had a passion of art. she loved drawing and sculpting things with play doh. the older she grew up, the more passionate she became. she started sewing her own clothes at the age of 15 and got recruited by YG Entertainment at the age of 17 at a fashion show. she has always loved vintage stuff, jazz music and mustard yellow color.
