- Stealing

- - Can only steal 1 item of any value that isn't a potion, scroll or body armour per merchant
- - No stealing for the sole purpose of reselling; if a stolen item is legitimately used for a while, then sold later, that is fine
- Other Restrictions
- - Removing a party member from the party during combat in order to escape the area results in that party member being permanently dead. You can collect their equipment.
- - No abusing double damage on party members via vampiric touch or similar spells to gain double hitpoints
- - Dispelling arrows only allowed on friendlies
- - Simulacrum from mage/sorcerer cannot use level 9 spells or mage HLAs. Exception for Improved Alacrity but only once the simulacrum can cast level 9 spells.
- - Simulacrum of any other class (through Vhailor's Helm) not allowed to use HLAs until 6 million exp.
- - Timestop treated as HLA - only one cast per mage per rest
- - No potion stacking except genius and mind focusing to learn spells and combat mind flayers
- - No deliberate stacking of regeneration spell
- - No recharging items through vendors
- - No using ammo in ammo generating weapons to stack damage; if you need to use a specific ammunition for some reason (like a fire arrow to kill a troll) that is fine
- - No dual wielding with summoned weapons
- - Slayer transformation only allowed until you start taking scripted damage
- Enemy Modifications
- - Each dragon melee attack applies a -5 stacking resistance penalty of their respective element for 3 rounds
- - Red dragon lower resist spell now has -10 save penalty
- - Blue dragon lower resist spell now has -10 save penalty
- - Mind flayers given 50% fire resistance, ulitharids given 70% fire resistance
