  7. Please contact us from the email address registered to your ASOS account as we use this to verify it's you contacting us. You can start a new query by clicking here. If you have many different email addresses, please ensure you email us from the one you've registered with ASOS and which relates to your order.

  9. If you don't have access to that email address, you can just log into your ASOS account and change your registered address. If you'd like to change it, go to My Account, update your details and then click save.

  11. For future orders, if you no longer have access to your email address or ASOS password, we'd recommend you to set up a new account with us.
