Pokémon Renegade Platinum Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules: (updated 5/5/2021)

1. Any Pokémon that faints is considered dead, and must be put in the Pokémon Storage System permanently.

2. The player may only catch the first Pokémon encountered in each area, and none else. If the first Pokémon encountered faints or flees, there are no second chances. If there's a static encounter in the area, the player is allowed to capture them despite already capturing a Pokémon in that area. If your partner in a route kills your encounters, then you do not get a second chance

3. Shiny Clause is active

4. Level limit will be the highest in the gym.
Level limits:
Roark: Level 16
Gardenia: Level 26
Fantina: Level 33
Maylene: Level 39
Wake: Level 44
Celestic Town Cyrus: Level 46
Byron: Level 53
Candice: Level 56
Distortion World Cyrus: Level 60
Volkner: Level 62
Pre-E4 Barry Fight: Level 71
Elite Four has an average of 73.5, but I am going to make the level limit of the highest in the elite four, aka level 75 will be my level limit going into the elite four. If I level past that during the Elite Four, it is perfectly fine

5. Nickname all Pokemon

6. If you wipe, reset :)

7. Gift pokemon are allowed, but if I receive more than one at any specific moment, I must pick one of however many I receive. An example is the gift starter pokemon in the first few pokemon centers. I can only pick ONE of the starters, and it must be before I see any of their stats or abilities

8. Starter pokemon is chosen based on what I feel is good enough for the game

9. No Items allowed in battle

10. Do not start Nuzlocke until you receive pokeballs

11. Dupes and Species clause are turned on, but I can turn them off for an encounter if I wish to.

12. No Legendaries allowed :)
