  1. 1> My name is Glavan Madalin and i am 18 years old.
  2. 2> Currently i am living in The United Kingdom, my timezone automatically being UK (GMT+1).
  3. 3> You should consider hiring me because i believe in my experience as a player, as well as a staff member, giving me a strong set of skills(such as TeamWork, Maturity, Communication, Motivation) that will allow me to assist others as they need help(ingame, discord, voice-chat). I have worked to continuously evolve my skills to be even more prepared for this position.
  4. 3> As my past experience i ve been a team member for lots of popular servers(international or just Romanian servers with 1k+ players).
  5. -- Ascension Of Gods 2(2k+) - Been a CM(chat moderator) for 3 months, afterwards being promoted to a Game Master, the server closed after 1 year of it running.
  6. -- Metin2.Club(100-500)(First remake of the old Metin2United) - Started as a TGM, the server started dying lack of players, abusive staff members started to appear out of nowhere, and at some point the server itself closed).
  7. -- Elaris2.ro(1-4k) - Used to be a Team Manager, left it cause of the owners being scummy and starting to destroy the gameplay selling stupid items on itemshop.
  8. -- Aurus2(2k+) - I started from the bottom, being promoted to a GameMaster, left the team due to lack of interest from the Owners.
  9. -- Other tons of Romanian Metin2 Servers(**).
  10. 4> My only weakness are childish people, nothing else.
  11. 5> Being a good GameMaster isn't that easy from my past experience, but as the question asks here is my explaination.
  12. -- Being a game master requires a lot of free time, experience, work ethic and professionalism, followed by certain qualities needed to do their job the right way.
  13. (Teamwork, responsibility, maturity, communication, motivation and determination are the factors that help to be a good GM in my opinion).
