	+ seemingly fearless and audacious, noelle is the youtuber you either hate or love. she's foul-mouthed and highkey a bitch. she's also a little TOO honest, even though she means well most of the time. she offends a lot of people and often comes off as conceited. noelle is very easy to rile up and has one of the shortest tempers of anyone you'll ever meet, which is why she's always involved in some sort of drama online. she can be a little hypocritical at times, often stressing "good vibes" when she herself is doing anything but. even with her controversial presence, noelle still holds a lot of influence on which makeup brands flourish or fail, since she's notorious for being brutally honest in her reviews. she's constantly getting sponsorships and free pr items though, which make the people who hate her despise her even more. despite her villainized image, noelle isn't really that horrible of a person people make her out to be. she's much more reserved than her internet persona in real life and prefers to be alone most of the time, which is why she rarely ever collabs with another youtuber. noelle finds it very difficult to trust others, since she's constantly being used for clout and having false rumors spread about her. however, once you gain her trust, she is probably one of the most loyal people you'll ever know. she's not a fan of parties, which often shocks others, and prefers to just stay home and browse her socials (where she then gets into drama).

	+ noelle was born in dallas, texas to two immigrant parents. shortly after her birth, her parents whisked noelle (and her brother) to new york city, where she grew up. even though she was born in the south, noelle is a full-fledged city girl. she was raised in a very financially stable household, as both of her parents are doctors, and attended a private school. it was there that noelle discovered her love of makeup. one of her friends brought an eyeshadow palette to class and it was over from there. noelle begged and begged her parents for one as well and though they were hesitant to give a middle-school age girl makeup, they eventually caved. as she grew older and started having to make her own money through part-time jobs, most of her paycheck would go towards the hottest and newest makeup items.
