SUMMARY OF EVENTS

------I was brought to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry yesterday by the Senior Staff to be told that Aldo Encera, a Slytherin Fourth Year, has been missing from the grounds for a little over a week. I was also told then, that Venice Thornton gave a statement about him owning an Acromantula. Previously, I had also been given a letter from Calvin Lestrange, again, from the Senior Staff about Aldo's behaviour and suspicions. Since he has been rumoured to work with Steven Castillo, along with the illegal creature owned, an investigation has been formed.

CURRENT LEADS AND KNOWN INFORMATION

    Aldo Encera has been reported by Calvin Lestrange and Venice Thornton to be hiding in 12 Grimmauld Place, the same place as wanted criminal Canopus Black. Aldo has moved on from the residence.
    Aldo Encera is, apparently, in the possession of an Acromantula. The said Acromantula isn't any bigger than a dog, according to Venice.
    According to Venice Thornton and Calvin Lestrange, Aldo admits to the murder of Maleki Gaunt - another missing Slytherin student.
    Numerous statements also align with that he may be working under the influence of Steven Castillo.
    Aldo Encera has been spotted in both Knockturn Alley and the Amphitheatre recently.

EVIDENCE 1A. RIVAN BOLTZMANN HEALING RECORD
An ACRO-MAN-TULA

Patient Name:Venice Thornton
Date/Time:7th January 2019, 8:20PM (GMT)
Location:St Mungos Lobby

Medical Situation:  Stage Three Laceration on the leg and Acromantula bite

Treatment: Tracanio was cast upon the patient's leg to induce a numbing effect and the laceration was scanned over by the healing crystal paired with Crystallographia for any foreign objects lodged inside, which had shown no objects by far. Wound cleaning potion was meticulously applied using a pipette on the open wound and the arising gas was carefully wafted away from both the patient and healers on the scene. Vena Sana was cast to repair the damage blood vessels caused by the apparent bite of an Acromantula, before casting Myoconstum then Pullus Restituto to repair both damaged muscles and nerves. Medimento was cast to reduce the injury by size and healing in the process, afterwards Corpus Viniculum was cast to stitch the injury closed. A bandage was provided and applied through Ferula, in addition to blood replenishing potion, blood filtering potion and a moderate pain slowing solution administered near the end of the treatment before Tracanio was lifted.

Addendum: Assisted Healer Victoria Castillo in healing the patient of the acromantula venom while healing the stage three laceration was performed independently. The treatment of the acromantula venom should be logged in Healer Castillo's logbook.

TREATMENT: Rivan checked for the progress of the venom using Dox Reavlio whilst I cast Compressum Arteria on her leg to slow down the blood slow. When it was found to be Basilisk venom, Faetor Venonem was cast by myself whilst Rivan administered any potions that were needed. Stepped back after that as he knew how to finish the heal.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Heal was assisted by Rivan Boltzmann, more information should be in his logbook.

LOCATION OF THE HEAL: St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries

DESCRIPTION OF THE INJURY: Stage three lacerations

TREATMENT GIVEN: When I got to the patient, I noticed the glass had already been removed from the lacerations. I cast Tracanio to numb the areas around the cuts and then cast Compressum Arteria to stop the bleeding. I then used WCP to clean the wounds and cast Medimento to shrink the size of the wounds. I then cast Myoconstum to repair the muscle damage and then Corpus Viniculum to stitch them. I applied a bandage over the area with Ferula and then gave them Mild Pain Solution and Blood replenishing potion. I then cast Finite to remove the trance.

Lupin: Officer Lupin here with Mr. Calvin Lestrange, on the 23rd January. The time is 15:53 [GMT]. Calvin, could you please tell us about when Aldo confessed to you and what it was he confessed?

Lestrange: We're talking about a couple of months ago now. I was having a heated conversation with him, Aldo. There was like rumours and I wanted to go and see 'cos he was my friend. It boiled to a point where he blurted about killing a student in Hogwarts. A Slytherin student, same year as us, called Maleki Gaunt. I don't know if he was lying but he seemed pretty sure. There was also a brief period where Maleki Gaunt didn't attend classes too.

Lupin: Has Maleki since returned to the Castle?

Lestrange: Not to my knowledge, no. But I don't suppose he would anyway. Nakia Snape wanted him dead too, she's also a Slytherin student.

Lupin: In the same year as yourself?

Lestrange: Yes, she manipulated a wanted guy, same age, Troy Travers, into attacking him? It's just one weird mess but it would seem Maleki's wanted by a lot of people.

Lupin: Did Aldo give any more details about what he did to Maleki? Where it was, how it happened?

Lestrange: He mentioned shoving a bottle down Maleki's throat. Something about blood gushing around.

Lupin: Choking him?

Lestrange: I dunno, he just said he shoved a bottle down his mouth and his mouth was gushing blood. But he also said that he had to do it, he screamed it in fact.

Lupin: Why would he have to do it?

Lestrange: He's apparently involved with the wrong crowd. He was allegedly spotted with Steven Castillo in Hogsmeade once.

Lupin: Spotted by who?

Lestrange: Professor Leonzio Mordaunt.

Lupin: Do you have anything else you want to add that you think might help us find him?

Lestrange: I found him at 12 Grimmauld Place, in London, when I last talked to him. If I was to take a guess? He'd probably be hanging out with other dark wizards. Like their hot-spots and stuff like that.

(Jumper suspected to be Aldo's is shown to the witness).

Lupin: Do you recognise this?

Lestrange: Just a jumper.

Lupin: You don't know who it might belong to?

Lestrange: Plenty of people wear jumpers, Officer Lupin.

Lupin: That's all right. Is that everything?

Sebastian: It's January the 26th, time is 02:10 [GMT]. Officer Sebastian Lupin, Professor Leonzio Mordaunt and Intern Epona Dolohov are present at time of recording. Professor Mordaunt, you mentioned having some idea of what may have lead to Aldo’s disappearance from the School. Would you please elaborate?

Leonzio: A month or so prior I was approached by one of his classmates, Calvin Lestrange. He implied that Aldo had made threats against his sister Amari, and himself. These threats implied that Aldo would have more powerful individuals search after the two, should they intervene in whatever it is Aldo was getting himself into. The implication being that he was being trained by someone outside of the school. To do what, or by whom, I couldn’t tell you for sure. But after that, he disappeared seemingly without a trace.

Sebastian: Mr. Calvin Lestrange mentioned you might have seen Aldo Encore in Steven Castillo’s company in Hogsmeade. Is that correct?



Leonzio: Once, yes.



Sebastian: Do you remember roughly when that might have been?



Leonzio: At least a month prior to him discussing this with me.



Sebastian: So a couple of months ago, now?



Leonzio: This was prior to any of the rumours surrounding Aldo appeared. Roughly, yes. The logical conclusion is that Aldo was drawn in by Steven, he’s done it with students before. But that is a conclusion that I an’t suppler with any other evidence.



Sebastian: Why didn’t you think to come forward with his information, if you don’t mind me asking?



Leonzio: Which information?

Sebastian: Seeing Aldo with Castillo before rumours had started popping up.



Leonzio: Because there was no reason for me to. Apart from those who follow him I know Steven better than most. He tried to get anyone to listen to him, especially the younger ones. There was no reason for me to believe at the time that it was anything more than him standing around monologuing.

Sebastian: How would you describe your relationship with Aldo?



Leonzio: I have had him in my classes once or twice, but we haven’t spoken, apart from that time.



Sebastian: And do you know what friends Aldo did surround himself with? Other people that we might be able to question in hopes of finding him?



Leonzio: He did have a circle of friends, Calvin included, though it seems that whatever Aldo had been involved with alienated him and the others. It is unclear to me if he had anyone within the school that he would feel comfortable discussing those things with.

Sebastian: Do you have anything else to add that might be pertinent to the case?

Leonzio: There is a good chance that Aldo has gotten himself involved with very dangerous people. Any attempt to turn up one of those strings will reveal another web. I don’t know who teaches him, but they will want to ensure that he remains under their tutelage.

Sebastian: You’re right. Thank you for your time, Professor.

Nakia: I mean, I know him —..Sorta.

Nakia: I knew him prior to Hogwarts more so than I do now. Didn’t talk to him much when we got to school.

Nakia: Umm — Last school year. In the library, I think. My bo—.. Ex boyfriend had said something’ to him, I dunno.. They argued. So I went to talk to Aldo.

Sebastian: What’s his name, for the record?



Nakia: Teddy. Rosario.

Sebastian: Teddy Rosario argued with Aldo in the library. And that’s the last time you spoke to him?

Nakia: Mmm, I think it almost turned physical. Hence why I checked on Aldo, but it was only briefly. ‘Cause then I had class an’ stuff so—.. But, yeah, I reckon that was the last time I properly spoke to him.

Sebastian: What about your relationship with Troy Travers?

Nakia: It’s in your records, is it not?

Sebastian: Well. We do have in our records a case where Troy Travers kidnapped you.

Nakia: Mmm— So why’re you askin’?

Artur: Then that explains it for you, no?

Sebastian: I believe he severed your foot — is that correct?

Artur: I wouldn’t want her to have to relive traumatic experiences.

Sebastian: You’re right, I apologise.

Nakia: I—

Sebastian: I don’t really want to focus on the traumatic experience. Rather her relationship to Mr Travers before it.



Nakia: I don’t remember it all that much anymore, anyway. Kinda, blocked it out.

Sebastian: You must have had some kind of tie with him before he attacked you.

Nakia: Yeah, course.

Sebastian: The attacked seemed emotional from his perspective, almost. Were you close?

Nakia: Yeah, I suppose we were. Why?

Sebastian: Even after his expulsion?

Nakia: Yes. Even after his expulsion.



Sebastian: So would you say you met with him after his expulsion, kept in touch?

Nakia: Mmm.

Sebastian: What about your relationship with Maleki Gaunt? Another missing boy in your year?

Nakia: He’s missin’ again?

Sebastian: It would seem that way. We haven’t heard from Mr Gaunt in quite some time, though the School claims to have seen him.

Nakia: Yeah, he came back—..

Artur: Seems a lot of children are going missing…



Sebastian: What about your relationship with Mr Gaunt though, Miss Snape?



Nakia: Oh, we dated for like— Three years? He was a nasty piece of work.



Sebastian: So you were close.

Nakia: Mhm.



Sebastian: Did your relationship end amicably?



Nakia: Ehh— Not so much, no. He got in a fight with Teddy. Mal broke his nose. But, we seemed alright when he came back.

Sebastian: So Maleki went missing after you broke up?

Nakia: Yeah.

Sebastian: How would you describe Maleki’s relationship with Aldo and Troy?

Nakia: I dunno, I never saw them together.

Sebastian: So you would say no relationship, at best or worst?

Nakia: Yeah, they wren’t friends but I wouldn’t say they were enemies either.

Sebastian: No malice there?

Nakia: Not that I know of.

Sebastian: We have heard witnesses claim that Mr Travers attacked Mr Gaunt. You wouldn’t happen to know anything about that, would you?

Nakia: I didn’t see it no.



Sebastian: I’m not asking if you saw it.

Nakia: Well then, no, I don’t know anything about it.

Sebastian: Alright. Ultimately, Aldo Encera is still a minor and missing. Do you have any information that you think might help us find him?

Nakia: Wasn’t he— expelled?

Sebastian: I understand you were estranged, but anything at all that could help. Mr Encera?

Nakia: Mmm.

Sebastian: Not to my knowledge - he’s been missing for quite some time. Why would he have been expelled?

Nakia: Dunno, just assumed he was.

Sebastian: Assumed why? Because you hand’t seen him.

Nakia: Seeing as you lot tie him and Troy together so much. Mhm.

Sebastian: So you have no further information that you’d like to add?

Nakia: No.

Sebastian: Nothing about Mr Travers or Mr Gaunt either?

Nakia: Nope.

Sebastian: Very well. Thank you for your time.

EVIDENCE II. LETTER FROM NAKIA SNAPE


                        After careful consideration, and safe in the knowledge Troy is locked away, I have decided to come forward. The following is a re-writing of a letter I sent many months ago (before I was kidnapped by Troy) to the Head of Hufflepuff. I thought that the MLE would have already received this letter, but recent events have made me realise that is not the case. I am sorry for not coming forward sooner, but you must understand that Troy is not only someone who I cared about, but also someone who I fear. As stated in the letter, if there is any more information you need; I will be happy to tell you everything I know. I'm ready to face the music now.


The original letter:
As promised, this is my statement; everything I know. It may be a little lengthy, but it will all make sense by the end, just bare with me.

I first met Troy when I was about nine years old, before Hogwarts started. He was an angry boy, struggling to control his temper. I now know that this was due to Lycanthropy. I guess I should have known from the time that he tried to drown a 'friend' that he would be dangerous. He sort of slipped from my vision for a while when we came to school and I entered a relationship with a certain Maleki Gaunt, whom Troy disliked. Maleki told me on many occasions that he'd had run ins with both Troy Travers and Aldo Encera, but at the time I thought nothing of it; not until he was kidnapped earlier this year. When he came back, he told everyone that Troy and Aldo were involved. Confused, and having grown apart from Maleki, I sought out Troy and met him in a strange shop ... A Necromancer shop. He confirmed to me that he was involved and he did not deny Aldo's part in it either. He wouldn't tell me whom he was working for/with but he seemed .. happy. He told me that Maleki would be dealt with. That he may not be alive by Christmas. And now Maleki has been missing for quite some time. I received a letter from Troy not too long ago that told me to ''have fun with Teddy'' and I have been worried for not only my safety -- but Teddy's too -- ever since. And now Jay has gone missing. Teddy was there with her when she was taken. They were off school grounds, which is why he doesn't want to involve Professors but -- I'd rather he was alive and in a little trouble, than being kidnapped or killed. What if -- What if they thought it was me? And they took Jess by mistake? Or what if they're simply taking people away from Teddy? It may not be connected at all, but it's too much of a coincidence if you ask me. I don't know what to do anymore, Troy is a dangerous individual and if he /is/ working with Olyvar Frenlore (as Maleki said) then I fear for my life, as well as that of everyone who knows me. He (Troy) has been learning Pyro and grows stronger every day. I believe it's only a matter of time before something huge happens. And Aldo? Well he's just roaming the school halls, because everyone believes he is innocent.

STATEMENT:
Grimm: Hi, intern detective Cassius Grimm here with Amari Lestrange. We are current here at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry-- occupying the History of Magic classroom at 10:40PM GMT, February 6th.
Grimm: Alright, lets begin.
Grimm: Ms. Lestrange, i'm going to ask you a few questions, is that alright?

Lestrange: Wait...
Lestrange: Can you teach me that spell? *Referring to the the recording spell*

Lestrange: ; I will lie if you say no. ;
*I simply nodded along to get her away from the topic of the spell*
Lestrange: Questions, lets go.

Grimm: Alright...
Grimm: Now, you're able to stop at any point you don't feel comfortable answering something.
Grimm: So, be aware of that.

Lestrange: 'Course..

*Throat clearing*
Grimm: Aldo Encera.
Grimm: You know of him, don't you?

Lestrange: Went to school with him.

Grimm: And do you mind telling me a bit about yours and Encera's relationship?
Grimm: Friends, enemies, whatever.

Lestrange: We were friends..

Grimm: You said you /were/ friends, correct?
Grimm: Did something happen to perhaps change that?

Lestrange: I mean.. he got expelled?
Lestrange: Can't be friends with a criminal.

Grimm: Right...
Grimm: And have you come into contact with Aldo since he's been "expelled?"

Lestrange: Since he's been expelled...
Lestrange: I don't think so.

Grimm: Mhm.
Grimm: And do you know of his possible whereabouts?
Grimm: Or if anyone else has come into contact with him recently?

Lestrange: You try Steven Castillo's House?

Grimm: ....No.
Grimm: Steven Castillo's House?

Lestrange: Might wanna' ask him.
Lestrange: Pretty sure he's the one that convinced Aldo to do whatever he's doing now.

Grimm: Is than an assumption, or have you seen the two together before?

Lestrange: It's an assumption, but...
Lestrange: I was friends for him for years.
Lestrange: Might wanna' take it into account.

Grimm: Surely.
Grimm: Now-- um... i'm going to quote something to you.
Grimm: From your brother, Calvin.
Grimm: ; Calvin Lestrange, for reference, is the brother of Amari Lestrange. ;
*Referring to a letter speaking on the situation sent by C. Lestrange months prior to the witness statement.*
Grimm: Do you think you could describe the the situation to the best of your ability once I bring it up?

Lestrange: Sure.

Grimm: Very well-- here it is.
*Throat being cleared*
Grimm: Aldo Encera took Amari somewhere, she came back crying telling me that Aldo's going to hurt me and her. She won't tell me more. She also said something about bad people. I'm staying in Hogwarts, where it's safe, for the holidays. I do not plan on confronting Aldo, even when holidays over. Head Boy Cassius Grimm knows of this, and now you. It's best to get full story from Amari.

Grimm: Are you able to recall this... incident?

Lestrange: Yes..
Lestrange: I was talking to Aldo about Troy (Travers)... I was /convinced/ they were working together.
Lestrange: Aldo insisted that they weren't... but I didn't let it go.
Lestrange: He told me that if I kept trying to get involved... it would be bad.

*A part of the recording was lost in translation (AKA my screenshot went haywire), but to sum it up from what I recall: Lestrange mentioned that one day within Hogwarts before Encera's expulsion, he had taken her into a room amongst the corridors that she had never seen before. In the room was a wardrobe of some sort. Lestrange went on to point out that they used the wardrobe to travel outside of the school to an unknown location. To my knowledge, this sounds like a vanishing cabinet. Once they arrived to the destination, there was man. Lestrange couldn't recall what the man had looked like, claiming to have only seen his figure. A name was not given either. Whilst there, Lestrange said that the man threatened the life of her brother-- Calvin Lestrange, who he supposedly knows about, and began insulting the rest of her family. *

*The recording picks up again*
Grimm: And did that threat extend to you as well?
Grimm: Or anyone else for that matter?

Lestrange: I'd assume...

Grimm: Mhm.
Grimm: Alright--- and do you recall what happened after that?
Grimm: The threats, I mean.

Lestrange: Aldo dragged me back to the cabinet.
Lestrange: We fought a little bit..

Grimm: When you say you fought, do you mean physically or verbally?

Lestrange: Physically.
Lestrange : It was awhile ago... I think I hit him in the nuts or something.
Lestrange: I managed to get away.
Lestrange: Told Calvin the second I could.
Lestrange: I didn't want to leave.
Lestrange: The man was very insulting...

Grimm: Did he-- Aldo-- put his hands on you during the altercation? Or use of magical means?

Lestrange: Probably.
Lestrange: We were in a tight space.
Lestrange: I was trying to get out of his grasp.

Grimm: What did he have you by? Your arms? Hands?

Lestrange: One of my arms.

Grimm: Right.

Lestrange: Pretty much it....

Grimm: Did you ever cross paths with him ever again after that?
Grimm: Or... this man.
Grimm: The one described earlier in the Unknown location.

Lestrange: Yes.
Lestrange: I sought him out again.

Grimm: ...Aldo or the man?

Lestrange: Aldo.
Lestrange: I was desperate... wanted to stop Troy from continuing what he was doing.
Lestrange: I figured if I got in with them...
Lestrange: That I'd be able to get Troy out.
Lestrange: So I met Aldo in Hogsmeade to talk.
Lestrange: He led me to the outskirts, made me give him my wand.
Lestrange: Then he basically kicked my ass.
Lestrange: Carpe Retractum'd my neck..
Lestrange: Kicked me in the head..
*Lestrange begins to choke up as she recalls the event*
Lestrange: Something stopped him... it attacked him.
Lestrange: And I used that time to run.

Grimm: The uh-- scar. Is that what's on your neck?
Grimm: ; Referring to a scar on the victim's neck. Said to have been caused Encera's spell. ;

Lestrange: Yes.

Grimm: Uh... right.
Grimm: And did you ask out any medical help afterwards?
Grimm: Or notify anyone of this incident at all?

Lestrange: Hogwarts.
Lestrange: I told professor Stormbroad I didn't know who it was.

Grimm: Why? Was it to protect Aldo?

Lestrange: Not sure.
Lestrange: Him or myself.

Grimm: Mhm.
Grimm: Okay-- what happened after you let the school know?
Grimm: Was that just it?

Lestrange: Some guy from your work came.
Lestrange: He went to Hogsmeade and that's the last I saw him.
Lestrange: Professor Stormbroad had anew wand made for me.
Lestrange: Mine was destroyed.

Grimm: And was this the last time you've /really/ encountered Aldo?

Lestrange: Yes. Really.

Grimm: ..Alright, that's all the questions I have. Unless you have anything else you'd like to bring to my attention?

Lestrange: Nope.

Grimm: Alright, that'll be all then.
Grimm: Thank you for your time Ms. Lestrange.
Grimm: That concludes this witness statement.

My name is Nyx Yaxley, I am a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the Slytherin house soon fifth year. This letter is my official written statement regarding the following dates and what happened on these dates:
11-02-xxxx
12-02-xxxx
13-02-xxxx

11-02-xxxx:

I had entered the café in Diagon Alley and saw that Jessica Finch (k4tebebe), Serpentis Malfoy (Auror) and Dewey Dumbledore (Kiwitolevi), I joined them in conversation, it was all normal. Eventually Eudora Travers (suprcidal) walked in with her Niffler. We spoke for a while, when suddenly Serpentis stood up and just walked out, I didn't pay it much attention at the time, his usual behaviour is odd anyway. Jay had left, she went to a hearing at the Wizengamot, some kid from our year tried to kill someone else.
Eudora went after Serpentis and asked Dewey to watch her Niffler for her. So he did. Dewey and I spoke about creatures for a while, and realised they still hadn't returned, so we figured we'd look for them. We didn't see them in Diagon anymore, so we thought we'd let the Niffler sniff out Eudora. It did, and it went in the direction of Knockturn Alley. Dewey told me that I could stay here, and I told him that I would not let him go alone in there, I know how dangerous it is, he could get hurt.
So we followed after the Niffler and went down the stairs. When I was halfway down the staircase I saw the Niffler fly through the air further into the alley and I heard Dewey yell about it. I heard Evie Castillo's (Cactier) voice and Aldo Encera's voice. It turned out that Serpentis went to talk with them in Knockturn. Eudora wasn't there anymore. Dewey called Evie a rat, and Evie got pissed off, punched him in the nose, and grabbed the Niffler right after they had found it back. She threw it hard against a wall and I heard that HORRIFYING crack. I think it died on impact, but it didn't matter wether it had, because if it hadn't, it would have after the Acromantula took it. I saw it eat the Niffler, it was horrible. I asked if it was an Acromantula, not that I should have, I know all arachnid species, and that was most definitely an Acromantula. Aldo said it was just a mutated spider and gave a wink. I saw it listened to Aldo.. After that I just ran up the stairs and waited in Diagon, I didn't know what to do, I didn't know how to call for an adult. A little while later, I saw Dewey and what I believe to be his dad (DonkeyKongRiot3) walk out of the alley, I believe his sister or something was there too, they yelled at each other. Dewey had gotten wounded in Knockturn, I don't know what happened but his leg was all bandaged up. He didn't seem to recall what happened. His dad took us to their place.

12-02-xxxx
I had arrived at the party at Wallace Torcaster's (JamzyBunny) house. I arrived with Helena Gardner (Elapsing) and my cousin Riot Yaxley (survvial), but quickly left them to stand with Deimos "Teddy" Black (-Dominating) and Caelan Carrow (septici). We had a laugh in the corner together, played some sort of truth or dare game, all innocent. In my peripheral vision I saw Evie Castillo, Serpentis Malfoy and Aldo Encera. Evie was bullying Minthrel Fleurs (MintWizard) and poured a drink on his lap. I suggested to Caelan and Teddy to take it elsewhere because I knew these people weren't up to any good. When we were walking away I heard Serpentis say something along the lines of "Castor is right noncey". I knew immediately that Teddy would respond to that, but I walked out anyway. I hoped he would walk with us, but after a minute, I realised that he wouldn't, so I walked back into the room. Serpentis was being held back by someone and so was Teddy. We got him out of the room, somehow, and he went to talk with Juno Greengrass (Nox) outside. I had told Helena the story about Evie and the Niffler and told her that Aldo was in the other room, she said she'd call the MLE.
When Serpentis, Evie and Aldo came out in the hallway they asked where Teddy went. Mint by this time had walked out as well, so he said Teddy went upstairs, throwing them off track. I don't know what Serpentis was carrying, but he had some iron around his knuckles. I yelled after him and took my wand out but  they had walked up the stairs. I walked out of the house for a few minutes. I told Teddy that he had to go, Caelan took him to his house, along with a few others. I told them that I'd catch up with them in a few minutes, and made my way back inside the house after Juno when I realised that Helena was all alone in there with that lot. When I walked back inside, she had cast a spell, I don't know which one. Eventually the MLE arrived, I recognized Castor Black (Sky-PSP) as Teddy's dad, Aldo tried to portkey out, which didn't work. I assume that was because of what Helena had cast. Juno tried to grab Castor's wand, but since I was behind her and since I already had my wand out, I managed to cast Flipendo on Juno to send her flying away from Castor. Aldo and Serpentis had jumped out of a window, Castor followed after them, I believe, I didn't see him anymore. Helena managed to incapacitate Evie, who was now growling on the floor yelling insults. Juno tried to help Evie, I kept my wand aimed on her at all times. She tried to talk with Helena. I don't know how, but after a little while Evie broke free and cut Helena in her leg. There was a bit of a bout, I tried to cast at Evie but my aim kept being off. Juno cast Flipendo on me, and I flew back against the wall. When I got back up, Evie was near me and she cast bombarda at a wall, causing a collapse. She ran out and Juno tried to follow after her, but I stuck my cane out to clothesline her. I caught her in the neck with it, and she dropped to the floor. I told her not to move, but she crawled out through the hole in the wall anyway. Helena had followed after Evie, I followed after Juno. I saw that Juno still had her wand in her hand, so I used the disarming charm to get it away from her. She picked it back up after though. I believe Evie escaped, I didn't see, I focused on Juno.
Juno portkeyed out of there with Rehema Zaher-Snape (C0lette). After that.. Castor told Helena and me to sit down and he had called for a healer.

13-02-xxxx
Once again, I entered the café in Diagon Alley. Juno Greengrass was there as well, I spoke with her about the events of the previous night, we apologized for what we did to each other. We talked for a little while. After a while I noticed that Teddy and Indigo Flowers (clara00703) were sat at the other table, I assume they were talking. They haven't always been best of friends. A minute or so after I noticed Serpentis Malfoy and Aldo Encera walk into the Café, the moment I noticed I took my wand from my cane and aimed it at Serpentis, who put his hand on Teddy's arm. I cast Flipendo to get him off of Teddy but before I knew it, Teddy, Serpentis and Aldo were gone. A weird lady with pink hair witnessed it all as well, I asked her if she could call for the MLE, she cast a patronus charm, a white hare, and asked us the names of the people involved. I gave the names to her. She then walked out after casting, and aimed her wand down, I don't know what she did, but before I blinked, she was gone, apparated away.
The MLE showed up a little while after. I have already given this statement, but I figured I'd write it out as well.
