Pc: download a new browser for Netflix only, and clean it with Ccleaner, it's simple and you won't be losing your data on the main browser. or Use Supported Incognito Mode if you are lazy to clear cache and cookies

TV: clean the stored data, and reinstall the netflix app, if your Tv can't be cleaned, use a PC + HDMI cable and keep the browser clean.

*Also, from phone when you're in the app, don't try to change password if your main browser is not clean, because the netflix app with re-direct you to the website, and if you had a previous trial there might be a connection and they could deactivate it, stick to the rules and you will not have problems.
