Well i think that i can help players out when they need help , I feel that if there is a player that needs help I am capable of helping them , I will try my best to help them out even if i dont have the correct commands I will still try my hardest.  I think that I am more qualified because i have been a RP+ member for quite some time , I feel that i have an extensive Kn***edge of Roleplay and the rules of the server.[/B]

One of my goals within the admin team is that i get to S-Admin , This may be quite hard for me to do but I think that it is still possible . I know that i need to start out as a Trial but I will try my hardest to be promoted each month and not get any Infractions for stupid reasons.[/B]

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]In your own opinion, describe a problem you see on our server and a way you see to fix it, or at least feel like is a good solution. This can be anything from the Roleplay standards to how mapping looks on the server (minmium of 300 words).[/COLOR]
I feel that the mapping on this server is a bit TOO unrealistic for a RP server , I think that the player needs to RP building the house or make a construction company make it , This will make sure that new players with some vpoints will not just map random things , Also once the RP is done the player will need to post on the ticket center about the RP and that it is done with evidence (Pastebin) [/B]

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]1. 1st Offense: If the player is not driving realisticly I would firstly see how many hours that the player has , If this is low then I would teach him about the server rules and /freeze the player so  he cannon't continue on his way.[/COLOR][/B]
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]1. 2nd Offense:If the player is still not driving realistlicly after this warning/teaching I would have to jail him for around 10 minutes to make sure that he will not do it again .[/COLOR][/B]
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]1. 3rd Offense: If after the first jail he still isnt driving realistcly I would Jail him for a longer time around 40-50 minutes [/COLOR][/B]

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]2. 1st Offense: If the person is not roleplaying I will first off warn him saying "This is a roleplay server so you have to roleplay everything" or if he non rp crashed i would /ann *Roleplay all crashes at all times , Even if they are small*[/COLOR] [/B]
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]2. 2nd Offense: Jail for around 10-30 minutes depending on the offence . [/COLOR][/B]
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]2. 3rd Offense: Jail for around 50 minutes to 1 hour , Making sure that the player has known what he has done wrong . [/COLOR][/B]

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]3. 1st Offense: If the player is deathmatching for the first time i would /freeze them and make sure that they know what they are doing is wrong and not allowed [/COLOR][/B]
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]3. 2nd Offense:If the player knows what he is doing is wrong I would jail him for around 15-30 minutes making sure that he now knows what will happen[/COLOR][/B]

[B]Terms of Agreement:[/B]
During your time being admin here, You understand that if you are suspected to be a "Regular" on another server as admin or not, you will be immediately asked to leave. Should you ever be removed from the admin team, You are still under this agreement. Sharing any information that you may have learned during being an admin will not be permitted to be released. You understand that breach of this agreement will mean that you are permanently blacklisted form this community and all your IP's and Serial's be placed on our ban list. Lieing on either this application will result in termination of your admin position, If you have provided us with any personal information (Such as Mobile Phone number) and it changes, you must inform us of this change. If we contact your mobile number and end up sharing confidential information to a stranger, you will be terminated.

[B]Non Disclosure Agreement:[/B]
Staff ackn***edges that, in the course of employment by MTA Roleplay, the Employee has, and may in the future, come into the possession of certain confidential information belonging to the Employer including but not limited to trade secrets, customer lists, Customer Information, pricing schedules, profits, methods, processes, or marketing plans. The Employee hereby covenants and agrees that he or she will at no time, during or after the term of employment, use for his or her own benefit or the benefit of others, or disclose or divulge to others, any such confidential information. Upon termination of employment, the Employee will return to the Employer, retaining no copies, all documents relating to the Employers business including, but not limited to, reports, manuals, drawings, diagrams, blueprints, correspondence, customer lists, computer programs, scripts, and all other materials and all copies of such materials, obtained by the Employee during employment. Violation of this agreement by the Employee will entitle the Employer MTA Roleplay to an injunction to prevent such competition or disclosure, and will entitle the Employer to other legal remedies, including attorney's fees and costs. If any part of this agreement is adjudged invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties, and upon their heirs, executors, personal representatives, administrators and assigns. No person shall have a right or cause to cause of action arising out of or resulting from this agreement except those who are parties to it and their successors in interest. This instrument, including any attached exhibits and addenda, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties. No representation or promises have been made except those that are set out in this agreement. This agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by all the parties.
