Why do you want to be a moderator for our servers?

I enjoy interacting with the community and making friends and I believe seeing more moderators and admins on makes people feel more comfortable on the server they're playing

What server(s) will you be active on?

Primarily Retakes #1 and #2

Why do you think you would make a good moderator?

I've had years worth of running and managing different game servers, I can be lenient when needed but not a pushover

Scenario Questions
Q) You come on the server to reports of someone playing loud music down their microphone. What would you do in this situation?
A) Ask the accused to stop playing the music and if they continue to do so issue a mute for 30 minutes

Q) Once you have issued a mute/gag, the player asks you to remove it, with the claim its his first time and won't do it again and gets backed up from most of the trusted players on the server, what would you do?
A) Not remove the mute/gag, they've made their bed now they gonna lie in it

Q) You answer a call admin being told that someone is writing racial slurs in chat but no one has a screenshot. What is your response to this?
A) Check chat logs and go from there

Q) You join a server and notice one of your fellow admins are abusing their powers, How do you react?
A) Gather evidence and send it to the admin leaders, kicking or banning other admins doesn't reflect well on the community and mods shouldn't take responsibility for this

Q) You are playing our Retakes server and you notice a player who is getting some fishy shots, What do you do?
A) Fake leave, spectate for a while and record any fishy shots. If it's less obvious get another opinion from another admin and then make an informed decision

Q) A player on the server is telling people that she is an admin, and she has taken the name of another admin. What is your response to it?
A) Ask for the name to be changed and ask to stop giving false information

Q) Instead of complying with what you said above, she begins to insult you either on the server or through a steam chat. What do you do?
A) I would ask her to stop being toxic or punishment would follow, if continued I would issue an hour gag/mute. If I was being abused on a steam chat however I would either ignore or block the individual

Q) You are watching a player that you believe is exploiting the map, but you are unsure as to whether it is an actual exploit or just part of the game. What do you do?
A) Watch and video the exploit and find out if it is an exploit or part of the map by discussing with the server leader, if it is deemed to be an exploit I would ask for them to stop abusing the exploit. If ignored I would issue a straight ban for an hour depending if it's serious, or kick followed by a ban if the warnings were ignored.
