 Panda: as I've said, please refer to our official news page for more information regarding Neverwinter in general before making any purchases to prevent confusion. Arc is the official "platform" if I may say so, for Neverwinter and everything that is mentioned from the game about conditions you need to do, by default they mean you need to do so from your Arc account.

I gave u screenshot about ZEN, then why isnt stated "Steam transaction doesnt apply" AND when he saw that i dont have enough ZEN, he offered me ( I mean game ) TO purchase ZEN VIA STEAM MARKED. Im sorry, but i would like refund. ANd i will report this to steam for missleading. God knows how many ppl just clicked "Add zen via Steam " and afterwards, their transaction is not valid. Am i right ?
 Panda: from that perspective, I think it should be better if you contact Steam. also, you can always write your feedback through the Neverwinter forums to reach our developers on how you feel about the situation. As GM's we have no jurisdiction about game changes and the only way to reach the developers is through the forums. As for the refund, I suggest you contact Steam since the purchase was made through them.
