8:54 AM - G: VAs are the most unreliable people you will ever meet, they volunteer then disappear, leaving you with a lot of hard work and no voice actors, if you find even 1 Va that does hand in lines, treasure him. he is one of the rare ones. Anyway if you need lines ask in my VA guilt.

9:08 AM - Tan the Merry: doesn't that lead to awkward scenes where someone ends up having a conversation with themselves about themselves, or tells you to go talk to someone else that sounds exactly like themselves?

9:09 AM - G: your not on my forum and until you actually post lines your just a time waster to me. 99% of the time that essessment would be spot on. If you want to prove your self reliable, your going to have to join the VA guild and post lines, THEN I'll consider your offer real and I'll take you seriously. Until then I wont... Simple... I have some really good voice actors on my steam list, all are unreliable and are not used for that reason.

9:15 AM - G: those lines are done, you can do them for practice, or take part in mr ks challenge whilst you wait for the part 2 lines to be posted, if your thinking its today or never, dont bother because my vas have to be available in week, a month and sometimes a years time, they have to watch the VA guild and be ready to help.

10:07 AM - G: when you have to match 500 lines to a topic in the creation kit and need to know who recorded it and every tiny detail, you will understand why i dont use people that dont read the VA guild.
10:12 AM - G: PS I am not meaning to be rude but most folk have their excuses for not handing in lines ready before they even volunteer and since that is 9 out of every 10 users, i take "I believe it when is see it" approach to VAs these days. Otherwise half my mods would be waiting for voice actors today instead of finished.
10:13 AM - G: One guy who will be banned this week for time wasting and does not even know it, volunteered one day and disappeared 4 days later and has never been back, when he eventually comes back, he is in for a surprise.
