Just to verify, you have an AT&T issued laptop correct?

It has come to our attention that your AT&T-issued laptop has an outdated version of Cisco AnyConnect. Without this mandatory update,

you will not be able to access the AT&T corporate network outside of your store location, prohibiting you from applications such as

MyCSP and OPUS. You can update your current AnyConnect client by following the instructions below:


1. Access the AT&T authorized Cisco Anyconnect panel at https://att.eitassist.net/

2. Use your Globol Logon credentials to register VPN access, and generate and RSA SecurID token to login.

3. Download the new Cisco AnyConnect client and run through the installer.

4. Connect to the AT&T corporate network by entering your store assigned VPN url and your credentials within the client.


If you followed these instructions correctly, your AT&T-issued laptop should be authorized to access corporate applications and you

should be able to proceed with work on your device.

Do you know how to generate an RSA SecurID token? Would you be able to generate and read out an RSA token to me?
