There are no set requirements to become a developer.
You must learn the ways of the Java language, first.
Beware, it's definitely not an easy task!

Because i have never been on a Minecraft Server Team whatsoever.
But I am in a gifted program at my school where we did coding for a semester. We coded robots and coded animations on code.org.(edited)
