if anyone gets within...some number of metres of her they would start to undergo vivid auditory and visual halicinations indestinguishable from severe schizorphrenia
BUT people who already had it would have the opposite
so they would stop feeling teh effects

May need a little more detail, as humanoid SCPs are already a bit suspect. And you might wanna make sure no one's done it or something like  it... but yeah, I think it could be done

Just be sure to do your best on it. Don';t give them any reason to call her a mary sue. Human SCPs tend to get VERY heavily scrutinized because of past bad ones

(oh also there were a few other effects on schizophrenics but they were pretty <u> and would have to go. also she was comatose for some reason and i dont remember what that reason was

Hmm.... let's see here....
I was actually signed onto the site for a while, never wrote anything but did study what they usually look for in an SCP. Memetic effects causing death/insanity are usually frowned upon unless they're really clever, BUT since yours is temporary it would get a pass. Also if you give it biological justification (mimics schizophrenia) instead of just "LOLOLOL INSANITY" that's even better

I like the idea of her actual appearance being unseeable by "normal" people. They can't tell what she looks like because it's directly influenced by their hallucinations. Only schizophrenics can see or interact with her
They'd have to be unmedicated too.

so do you think she should look like... just like, non-seeable to ‘normal’ people, just look like someone else or be heavily distorted, look like something not human, or all of them possible?

I would think it would depend on the viewer. It would be extremely distorted, maybe not even human depending on who's looking at her
