  1. Bloomin' Hestonthal Mashed Potato Recipe

  4. Heat evenly thick potato slices to 70 degrees celsius for 30 minutes
  5. - this fixes the starch - do not boil!

  7. Drain, wash in cold water and boil in salted water until cooked.
  8. - I have no idea how long this takes, but would guess 15-20 minutes

  10. Use a "food masher" (rotary device - yep, I did write this, I have no idea what this looked like) and mash in lots of butter (no idea of amounts, this recipe could've been written in the middle ages).

  12. Then sweep through a fine mesh to make very, very, fine.
