  2. Foreword: I offered to handle this OOT request for the sake of making sure it could be done to give both debaters a fair debate. I don't handle OOT requests in general, and what I put here shouldn't necessarily reflect what Tad or the other judges might rule in the future rounds.

  4. Nerf posits that Terry is OOT due to the combination of his offense, his durability/injury tolerance, and his invisibility.

  6. I don't think the invisibility is out of tier. Ame concedes that it isnt' something that can be used in an actual extended fight, and it has to be dropped for him to make attacks. This makes it mostly good for closing safely distance and surprising people. Glimmer can re-establish distance far faster than Terry can cover it, and can do so on a reaction. Terry can likely hit Glimmer with his invisibility, but I don't think he does so reliably enough that it happens 10/10 times.

  8. Terry's offense to me is not very dangerous to Glimmer. The limits of what she can take and what floors her are both notably above Terry's striking, which I think Ame argues down to being frankly just bad. The explosives and gas also are limited in the time they take to deploy, and the amount of them that exists in general. Terry's claws are his most dangerous attribute, but even they have the inherent limit of their length meaning they'll hardly damage Glimmer enough to instantly incapacitate her.

  10. He's very durable, but I don't think so durable to make up for how slow he's argued as being. The suit is a very nice boon, but he's still able to be incapacitated in it.

  12. Ultimately, I think "Terry goes invisible and pierces Glimmer in such a way that she can't continue the fight" would be the most OOT thing here, and I don't think that's something Terry can do to someone with Glimmers speed/teleportation/physicals enough to be OOT.
