The leader, Fred Fadoozle, fled the city and was never heard from again on the other island. It has been revived by Robert Hanks, a former Marine Corps soldier, who noticed the insane amount of crime in New Bloxton, criminal organizations popping up, every single day. Robert Hanks was a well known and trusted man, he could get private security gigs from anyone, that was willing to pay a price. It was pretty much a one man organization, but then his brother came along, a former police officer, Chris Hanks, and he wanted to help Robert and be involved in the organization. Robert considered this, and now they do private security gigs for people who can afford it.[/font]

[/b]It's reccomended you stay 100% legal in terms of your activities in the place we're guarding, because we're not negotiating with the NBPD as we're 100% legal.

Since New Bloxton Security is an entirely [b]legal[/b] organization,[b] they cannot possess illegal firearms under no circumstance.[/b]

[b]It is a requirement to own a permit to use any equipment that is legal. To possess handguns, you need a permit.

To possess a fully automatic rifle or something fully automatic, you need a Class 4.

In terms for actual firearms, they will have to supply themselves with legal firearms with their own permit.

If funding is an issue, they may recieve funding for cheap handguns, like a Ruger.

The rank structure in the group is important. Here is a list of the ranks, and what they do. It will be from [b]lowest rank to highest rank.

Trainee; [/b]Anyone at this rank needs to complete the simple training. After they complete the training, they will need to be picked by a team leader.
[b]Security Guard: Not to be confused with Trainee, security guards are unarmed usually, and protect property that they are assigned to. They may attack with bats or knives if threatened. If an incident occurs, they are to call armed guards in #radio for backup if it gets out of control. (NBPD if no one is on)
Team One;  [/b]Team One is a team. They are not higher than Team Two or Three. They simply do whatever services the commander requires them to do.

Team two: Team two, same as team one.

Team three; [/b]same as the other two teams.

[b]Team Leader;[/b] incharge of Teams they are assigned to. If Team Leader is assigned to Team One, they are the leader for that team. [b]They cannot command other teams[/b].
[b]Overseer;[/b] Makes sure the team leaders are not abusing, leading correctly. Basically oversees the team leaders activities.
[b]Chief of Operations;[/b] Chief Of Operations. In charge of everything. Can command any team, can command the overseer. 
[b]Commander; In charge of the COO, in charge of EVERY thing. Can command team leaders, the COO, anything.


[/b]The teams+ get paid the same amount up until Overseer. Overseer, COO, Commander get paid far more.

Not disclosing what Overseer, COO, Commander get paid.

[/font][font face="times new roman"]Teams+ up until Team Leader get paid 500 a day. Team leaders get 1000 every couple IC days. Team Leaders+ have their equipment paid for if the Commander is in game.

Security Guard; Gets paid 100 every IC day. [b]Needs to record actually guarding the areas that he is assigned to.


VIP's need to tell me in DM's who's protected, when they paid the workers, and etc. VIPS, make sure you ask who the highest rank there is. Only give funds to highest rank so they can distribute to whoevers there.

The training will be rather simple. There will be an announcement with the link of the place, and you'll just have to clear a kill house and do the obstacle course in under 5 minutes.

Or, you could be invited to a RRP private server for training as well, and it will be 1v1ing. It's up to me, the team leaders which type of training they will use.
