Summary:

Tommy Rock, Vice Commander in the National Office of Security Enforcement, is under investigation due to claims of corruption from numerous sources [Source 1 - Sub Alpha: S.A.S.D. | Source 2 - Sub Bravo: L.S.P.D. | Source 3 - Sub Delta: N.O.O.S.E.]. The identity of the reporters will remain anonymous at the request of the reporters. The corruption reported was as follows:

-Allowing "family" (Players with the Surname 'Rock') members into the faction

-Favoritism [Power Ranking] members of N.O.O.S.E.

-Neglect of duties within the company (Neglected training of members of the company, who gained entrance by Mr. Rock's invite)

Evidence

Provided via testimonies of members of ALL Sub Sources (Alpha, Bravo, and Delta). It is noted that each member was under oath and gave their answers willingly.
Any High Command official looking to see the evidence must submit a formal request to Sector 3 Officials and only then may the evidence be disclosed.

Note to the reader -

It is imperative that the contents of this document remain classified and do not leave the company. In such a time of need, the evidence has been classified by Sector 3 officials and will not be opened unless is requested and approved by the majority of active High Command officials. To avoid a press release it is recommended that Mr. Rock and members with the same surname have their contracts with the company nullified immediately.
