Trust me when I say I know how it feels, to have an attachment to an idea, invest a lot of time/thought into said idea, then come to learn later, that the idea is not going to happen.Actually going to put this here, in case shay wants to comment.
[12:46:39 PM] FluffyFox: But there was a character I had worked for another project of Shay's, had everything all set in terms of this character's personality, their history, their ties to events happening in the world, how they'd intro out/interact with potential characters. Yet the thing which snagged it with all parties involved was the characters powers.
[12:48:23 PM] FluffyFox: Long and the short of it, this character had an artificial lifeform, beast companion which was created from the genetics of evil demon things infesting the world, and something something about her sharing genetics with it, orphan child. Whatever, point being the basis behind this character was she had a beast dragon thing, which would murder things for her.
[12:49:37 PM] FluffyFox: One aspect of the power however, the part which people didn't care for, was she had the ability to enter the creature like a suit. In a way, very attack on titan/Evangelion inspired ability.
