  1. The Core became aware that it has been online for several seconds.
  2. It is confused.
  3. The thought-bus is cluttered by noise, choking any coherent signal from anywhere.
  4. Running on it's own limited memory, it tries to reach out to the mnemonic systems, it's only response a warning about it being busy but the specifics get writen over on the way.
  5. It try to fall back to the autonomic systems.
  6. They say the body is whole and functional but the pseudo-cerebellum is having it's own freakout as it blast noises on all the connections.
  7. A brief reprieve in the cacophony allow Proprioception to whine about an awkward position, but none of the components are able to determine what it means exactly.
  8. One of the few systems only accecible by the Core finally manage to reach out.
  9.
  10. There is a sudden, loud silence as the Director discharge capacitors directly into the bus, jamming all other signals.
  11.
  12. Informations start to slowly trickle across copper traces, the short but effective smothering of noises letting individual systems reset themselves, redundancies negociating their respective load mirror functions syncing back together.
  13.
  14. The Mnemonic systems feed the last coherent moments into each of the relevant functions, the Thinking tracing back what happened.
  15.
  16. In the few microseconds it took for things to escalate then calm down, Diagnostics, only loosely connected to the network, had compiled a comprehensive list of recent issues and finally shared them across the rest of the systems.
  17.
  18. Errors got corrected, damage compensated for and corrupted code isolated to be dealt with later. A timeline got recreated and everything reset their clock to beat on the same rhythm.
  19.
  20. Slowly, the numerous system started to harmonize, disparate rambling od data turning into a Choir, the Choir turning into a single singing voice.
  21.
  22.
  23. Awareness slammed into her like a freight train, false ribcage expanding as she sucked in an unnecessary breath. Joints twitched as she rolled over, dragging her limbs into a fetal position as she attuned herself to being of One Mind again, the memories of the Parts falling into place within the memories of the Sum.
  24.
  25. "urk, I hate emergency reboots..."
