  4. I really don’t want to have to leave writerchat. I’m loving the NaNo event and everything
  5. but every night since I’ve come back I’ve felt anxious and angry about the possibility of getting banned
  6. I’ve tried to be on my best behaviour, but that just makes the tiny screw-ups feel worse

  8. I’m just tired and I’m having trouble sleeping because I’m thinking about this too much

  11. you know, sprung, if something is constantly making you this unhappy and anxious, I don't understand why you keep pursuing it. I've seen you do this to yourself for over a year now. maybe for the sake of your own health, you need to let things go. and I mean really let them go. not a break, but a hard cut-off. otherwise it'll continue this cycle of unhealthy experiences.

  14. It’s strange though. I love writing and I love this community. I just have bad times sometimes. I don’t want to leave. I tried a cut-off recently. Lasted about a week or two and created its own host of mental problems
