- Buy 5 balls/7 potions, sell Bide in Vermillion
- Skip all potions on ground if 18+ HP before Weedle
	> Early Pewter mart if so
- Do late mart in Vermillion
- Buy 3 Super Potions in Celadon
- Buy 12/3 spec/5 speed
- Get the PP Up
- Teach Ice Beam, swap and use PP Up in same menu
- Cut trees in Fuschia
- Drill the Machoke in Silph
- 83-97 (62-73) from Gyarados
- 3 drills against Giovanni
- Rare Candy 0-1 times before Hypno (not twice, as it makes Black Belt much riskier)
- Elixer after Hypno unless out of redbar; Elixer on Koffing otherwise
	> X Acc if no Tackle; X Spec on Weezing to stall
	> Drill Koffing and EQ Growlithe if so
- EQ Koga's first three Pokemon
- Repel + Bike after exiting Koga's gym
- Walk to water
- ~2-3 tiles above Mansion roof, Repel + teach Strength + Candy
- Go the mansion as normal, but skip the two Rare Candies.
- Fight Erika first (EQ, IB, IB) (IB is ~93% to kill Victreebel)
- Fight Blaine next (X Acc strats)
- Fight Sabrina last (EQ x4)
