install mumu. check the bottom left box, use the bottom right option to pick install location. I recommend not using the default location.
search for 公主连结 and install to create a nebula 7.1 installation.
place qooapp.apk in your Documents/NebulaSharedFolder
open the emulator, close the app, swap the language to english, open your shared folder, install qooapp, install girls frontline.

extract it into a folder and place it in your Documents/NebulaSharedFolder
install the .apk
copy the .obb from 0/NebulaSharedFolder to 0/Android/obb/com.sunborn.girlsfrontline.en and overwrite the old file
