Part 1: Greetings were done. Rules were explained. Copypasted and
shown using :m. What is going to happen in CT was explained. Host
explained match rules to the trainees.
Part 2: 2 TDMs were done. Trainees were allowed to choose their own
guns and maps. TDM 1 was explained to the trainees aka what could be
improved or what was good. A trainee started speaking in the period
between TDM 1 and 2. TDM 2 went good.
Part 3: 1v1s. Were explained too. 4 lives were given.
Part 4: 1 person was promoted.
Side notes: Host enforces dress code. Host knows how to use thelt
commands. Has good grammar.

RATING:
Crowd control: During part 1 trainees didnt cause any trouble.
Spectator guns were disabled. During the period between TDM 1 and 2
one trainee started speaking but was reminded by the host that PTS
is active. Host missed one trainee who didnt use grammar. (-1)
Nothing happened in other parts of the CT.
Pacing: Part 1 was done swiftly. TDM 1 didnt take long. TDM 2 was
quick too. 1v1s were done quickly too. Promotions handed out quickly.
We finished way before the time ran out with 20+ minutes remaining.
Hosting procedure: Part 1 was done according to the handbook. Host
knows how to use thelt commands well. Part 2 was done well by the host.
Host forgot to do :rs all before 1v1s(-1). 1v1s were done accordingly
to the handbook too.
Conduct: Host behaved mature and professionally during part 1. Host
admitted to the mistake when he forgot to do :rs all. Host was
mature and professional during part 2 and 3. Host has good grammar
and is a very good example for other trainees.
