I hereby officially declare that, even if you are technically a human, but you do not care about the Planet Earth and Mother Nature that provides your life and ability to exist...then you are hereby declared an Enemy Combatant of an Alien Invading Species, human or not.

You don't appreciate your home world ...so it must not be your Home World and you must be vanquished from it.
