Thank you for contacting EVE Online Player Experience. I wish I could spawn the site for you or reset the escalation site but I genuinely do not have the tools available to me to do so. Escalation sites are something that I have very little control over. Because of these limitations, there is very little I can do to resolve this particular issue.
