  * Handaxe/DCS/Drake Sword (probably other setups too)

* For air rolls with 40END you need
  * Full Pyro Set
  * Dragon Crest Shield
  * Weapons that weigh 10 - EG: GLS, Pike, Catalyst+BKS

* Start Pyromancer with MK
* Keep Hilt!
* Get shield/axe
* Open the lower door when you trigger the boulder
* Estus/Flame
* Kill Asylum Demon
* Leave

* Level 10DEX
* Buy Bow, 2 arrows, max-1 bombs
* Prompt Swap bottomless box
