TO FACE
THE CONSTITUENT FRAUD

I. What do we present?

The Path to confront Constituent Assembly Fraud
and achieve freedom of Venezuela.

II. To what we are calling for?

1. A plebiscite this 16 July, for
the people, and not Maduro, to decide
the future of the country.

2. From this result,
activate the upper and decisive phase
of protest: protests every day,
The total uprising of the country and
Zero Hour.

III. What is "The plebiscite" or the
"National Sovereign Decision Process"?

- It is a voting process without the National  Electoral Council
In which the people will decide upon transcendentals
themes for the country.

- It is an act of civil disobedience
in which the people will decide what
Maduro, the SC and the NEC want
to decide for us.

- It is the exercise of 333 and 350.
No only the ignorance by, but also in fact.
It is convened by the Assembly based on articles 5, 71, 333 and 350 of the Constitution.

What will be decided?
The people will decide on 3 themes
that will allow us to
prevent the disappearance of
Republic as we know it and the
deepening of the dictatorship that
they want to impose us ::

1. The rejection of the Constituent Assembly Fraud
and what to do before this fraud

2. The role that the people order to
fulfill the Armed Forces

3. Whether the people approve or not
Route to restore order
Constitution: New Public Powers + Government of Union
National + Free and Universal General Elections.

It will be a process of adhesion
to these items for
to commit anyone who
participe in implementing them until
to restore the constitutional order.
The greatest act of disobedience
against the dictator who does not want
to be measured in numbers, is to count us without
participation and without control of
who hold him in power.

* V. What to do then?

- Today at 16J:
1.Demonstrations to further weaken the
dictatorship.

2. Organize the country in Committees for the Rescue of Democracy (CRD)
in each electoral center

3. Call on everyone to participate this 16 of July

4. Prepare us all for Zero Hour.

After 16J:
From the results, we will activate what we have called
"the superior phase of the street": the lifting of
the whole country and zero hour nationwide.
It is to achieve that in ALL the country, in
ALL sides, the taking all the streets,
permanently, making use of
of all the mechanisms of protest,
in SIMULTANEOUS, to achieve the change.

Note: the street will not stop here at
16J. In fact, tomorrow we called a national street blockade of 6 hours,
From 12:00pm to 6:00 p.m.
