A walk in the park

A cool breeze brushes across my face as I sit on a park bench and gaze at the partly cloudy sky above me. Earlier today I asked Claire to meet me here, but it seems she's late. Everyone here is always late for one reason or another...
I begin staring at the clouds, looking try to see if any of them resemble anything. One kind of looks like a cake, while another looks like a...Catgirl with an erect penis? That's just disturbing... My face distorts in disgust as I bring my line of sight back down to earth.

"Where is she?" I mutter out in an impatient growl while checking the time on my wrist watch. She should have been here an hour ago. What's taking her so long? I release an audible sign while trying to not get myself worked up over this.

I sit there for a few more minutes, before deciding to stand up and take a short walk around. During my little walk I see various things. They range from nude Dryads with lewd and Milfy bodies sleeping in public, to a group of kids playing kick ball with a Dullahan's head, to a young Wurm and a little girl with pale skin and an absurdly long hair braid paying with an RC helicopter.
All of these sights are both a little disturbing and heartwarming.

During my walk I came across a young Jinko that decided to follow me around. I know that she is following me because I've been walking in circles for the past two minutes without losing her.

I stop, turn around, and shoot the little cub a menacing glare, "Would you stop tailing me?" The young Jinko merely stares at me, despite my attempts at trying to scare her away. She then jumps onto my leg, and begins to nuzzle it fiercely while chuffing loudly. I try to shake her off, but she digs her claws into me while still making that prusten noise that tigers like to make.
"Get off!" I stop flailing my leg about and try to push her off, but she's not budging! If only I had a crowbar, or some catnip...

"Anna, there you are." A man with sunglasses, a beard, and long hair suddenly appears out of thin air next to me, and addresses the little girl using my leg as a scratching post.

I turn my head towards the man, "You know her?!"

"Yeah, she's my daughter." The stranger forms a laid-back smile on his face while lightly laughing.

"Really? If she is, then could you get her off?" I scowl while pointing towards the Jinko cub that's still attached to my leg.

"I don't know, getting my daughter off at a stranger's request sound pretty fucked up, man."

....

I narrow my eyes at the man, "I'm kind of not in the mood for jokes here."

"Okay okay." The stranger kneels down and begins making weird noises and hand gestures at the Jinko.

She jumps off of my leg and dashes towards her father, where she then climbs onto his back and sits down on his shoulders.

"Finally." I breath a sigh of relief as I check my pants leg for any tears or holes.

"You know, I've never seen her do that to anybody but me before. She must REALLY like you." The bearded man talks in a laid-back voice while scratching his daughter's ear.

I begin to massage the bridge of my nose with my right hand, "Lucky me."

"Sorry about that. See ya, man!" The strange man turns around and walks away while waving; his daughter doing the same from atop his shoulders.

Weird people.

I return to my seat from earlier, and find that Claire is sitting there while tapping her feet to some unheard tune. I plop down on an empty spot on the bench, which startles her, and greet her, "So you finally arrive?"

The werewolf shoots me a toothy grin, then lightly shoves me, "Sorry, what I was doing took longer than expected."

"And just what were you doing?"

"Getting this!" Claire pulls out a shiny, sturdy, and expensive looking metallic watch from behind her back and hands it to me, "Here."

"That's for me?" I quickly throw off my crappy old watch and put on the new one.

Claire blushes slightly while looking down, "It's no Rolex, but I hope you like it..."

"Like it? I love it!" I smile and give her a one-armed hug, which causes her to give me a rib crushing hug in return.

"I'm glad!" Claire begins to wag her tail and rub her entire face against mine.

I reach my free hand into my pocket, and pull out a leather collar with a metal tag shaped like a bone, "Before I forget, this is for you." I then hand it to the werewolf girl, who giddily puts it on with gusto. "So, do you like it?"

"I love it! Thank you!" Claire begins to hug me harder than before, crushing my internal organs under my shattered rib cage with her love.

Unable to speak, I pat the girl on the head.
