- Jump #433: Shin Godzilla
- >The Hanged Man: Surrendering to an experience. Adjusting to new ideas through sacrifice.
- >Age: 31
- >Location: Tokyo, Japan
- >Identity: Politician
- >Drawbacks: (+800) Walking WMD, Even Kaiju Need Naptime, World of Monsters
- Well, this is tricky. I was involved in an accident that irradiated me at the start of the jump, yet somehow I stayed alive, though this also means periods where I'm all but comatose... which is doubly tricky because I'm not a monster, I'm a human. So... this will be a jump where I play it low-key, not to mention doing my job inside of a radiation suit to protect everyone else from ME. I'm basically under house arrest otherwise.
- >We'll Do It Live (Free, Politician)
- Bill O'Reilly I am not, because I CAN do it live.
- >Greasing The Wheels (Free, Politician)
- Well, someone's got to know what the heck to do when it all goes wrong.
- >Locked And Loaded (1600, Politician)
- When disaster strikes, every moment counts. Any delay could be catastrophic. You have to make sure everyone is able to react immediately.
- >Making Your Mark On History (1300, Politician)
- I'm not worried about making my mark - I'm worried about doing what must be done and not being crucified later for being willing to do it, if I had to. Let's hope that dropping a nuke isn't going to be needed, though.
- >The Great Reformer (1000, Politician)
- Making any group I'm a part of work with maximum efficiency? (Or subvert it and cause it not to function at all?) Why, that sounds delightful.
- >Physics Ain't Got Shit On Me (900)
- This'll be handy if I ever need to use my planet alt-form in the future. Not to mention it fixes a handful of issues that come with being a dragon the size of the Andes.
- >Heart of Green Fire (300)
- Consider the implication of bottomless supernatural power so long as it's from a biological source. Consider Fate magic. Consider power. Unlimited power.

- >Global Phone (Free, Politician)
- Eh, never hurts to have another phone if you can keep 'em all together.
- >Cabinet of Power (0, Politician)
- Oh, this is handy. A position of power in a civilian government whenever I want it, near the top, without having to tweak anything? I can already do the same with military power structures, but this is quite handy.
- So... Godzilla was the first, but far from the last. Conventional weaponry stands no chance, not with the ascension of a world of hostile monsters. Mothra. Rodan. Gigan. Megalon. King Ghidorah.
- Initially, the Japanese government went deep into debt creating Mecha Godzilla. This went fairly predictably - it ended up fighting Godzilla the second time he returned, then went out of control and became a threat in its own right, its self-repair systems ensuring it would keep coming back, as much at odds with other monsters as humanity.
- Something new was needed. Something better.
- Really, all I did was give a few nudges in the right direction, and give a few hints to certain people as far as material sciences.
- After year three, while Neo Tokyo was being built on the ruins of Old Tokyo... Godzilla and Mothra attacked together. And found themselves stopped by giant mecha.
- A Gundam by any other name is still freaking cool, especially when it's swinging a beam saber.
- On a coincidental note there was a sudden outbreak of world peace considering this was as much of a game changer as nuclear arms...
