You can either
A. Install windows 10 and use mstoolkit to activate. You have to use mstoolkit every time you reformat/do a clean install.
B. Upgrade an existing copy of windows 7 or 8 to 10 for free to have that motherboard tied to windows 10.
C. If you wish to get a valid legit copy of windows 10 tied to your motherboard, you can install windows 7 or 8 first. Then use mstoolkit to activate and upgrade to windows 10.
