All I did was clean up the notes so they are easier to read

- Pick the Girl
- Set time to 5:50PM
- Reset female totodiles (they always have bad ATK)
- Take 12 11 10 10 9 or better,
- Want level 8 or full hp entering falkner gym if 11 def
- Take the berry off toto on your way out

Defeat only Hoppips and Poliwags
Get the potion before Mr. Pokemon

Rival 1: Leer, Scratch spam

Catch Sentret and Poliwag if you see them (dont camp for poliwag)

Mikey: Scratch spam (Swap and use Rage if lvl 7 for this fight)

Get the third potion if you need to heal for spearrow or your stats are bad
Get Bitterberry

Menu - Equip berry and heal if needed

Abe: Swap Rage to slot 1 and spam
Rod: Rage
Falkner: Rage

Grunt#2: Water Gun (Rage Zubat or Scratch Ekans depending on DVs)
Grunt#3: Water Gun Rattata, WG or Scratch Zubat depending on DVs)
Grunt#4: Water Gun
Amy&May: Scratch x2, WG or Scratch depending on DVs
Al: WG

HB Menu - Teach HB in slot 1, repel then go get bike
Register and use bike
Get Kenya and go through spinner hell

Lass Carrie: HB x3 (WG if charmed)
Whitney: FC spam (Teach bite over slot 2)

Get squirtbottle.

Go early underground if you hit any spinner.
	Slowpokes: bite x2
	Magnemites: WGx3
	Voltorb: HB

Mart:
	- 5th Floor - Sell Attract and buy TM33 (IP)
	- 3rd Floor - Buy 1 xSPD, 1 xSPC (2 if 24 for rival 3), 2 xATK (1 if early underground with 12+ ATK or 13+ ATK)
	- 2nd Floor - Buy 6 Escape Ropes, 2 Full Heals, 1 Pokedoll

After spinner hell deposit Croc and Egg, withdraw Croc
On third house before Sudowoodo menu swap Croc to pos 1, use Repel, use bike

Exit house and menu
