  6. Multiple ex-staff such as myself have concerns regarding an admin. As well as there being active staff that recognize this behavior however do not want to speak up against this due to unwarranted repercussions.

  38. I'm not exactly sure why the alternate account besides possibly circumventing an agreement to not poach workers between [USER=138257]@video[/USER] and [USER=425711]@Chicks[/USER] or a non-compete between [USER=930765]@Ember[/USER] and [USER=425711]@Chicks[/USER].
  39. I've contacted Chicks for more info regarding this and it's being looked into.

  41. Either way this lack of transparency from an Admin and Sectional Moderator is extremely concerning and likely stems from negative intentions.

  44. Unfortunately, most of this I am not able to make public. As you may have noticed, video doesn't handle many things onsite so most of his incompetence/negligence appears behind the scenes.

  46. It's not much of a secret that [USER=138257]@video[/USER] will handle private reports disregarding rule in RAS. This has led to situations where users are upset when a different result is posted due to this negligence.

  48. Staff reviewing this report can recognize the inadequacy of the proof.
  49. Video's archaic understanding of Sythe isn't acceptable especially if he's using tools for his own pleasure and going against team decisions.

  52. Evidence of his favoritism in this situation has been sent to Sythe staff.

  54. There's far more evidence than I could address that I'm sure any staff member at every rank would likely have recognized by now.
  55. We'd rather increase public awareness regarding this topic rather than waiting for something to happen. I doubt he'd resign to with volition. We don't see a reason to have an administrator that rarely completes any administrator tasks and sits on staff for his own gain.
