Description:Being born a hybrid Billy has a mish mash of conflicting traits with his overly large mouth being filled with herbivores and carnivores teeth filling his mouth like a shark which resembles a long flat line. He has messy fur of dark brown with golden scales hidden beneath it. He has long dragon claws and hooves he balances up to be bipedal. Large golden goat eyes matched with his curled goat horns. Which is accompanied by dragonic spikes on his back with his fur covered dragon tail. All covered by his blue cloak topped by a broken golden colored cow bell.
