#pdx2ferguson information on law breakers

So from the protest that happened in Portland on 12/26/2014, at Belmont and Cesar Chavez, was nothing more than a bunch of people without a life protesting the shootings of black individuals who tried to assault/shoot police officers on the opposite side of the country. One of the lead organizers of the event is 34 year old Hart Ryan Noecker of Portland, OR who has already had several run-ins with police for similar crimes in the county. He writes hate pieces about transportation of the portland area as well.

These protesters were jumping on cars and not allowing cars to even turn around. They beat people's windows and threatened innocent drivers!
