what i'm thankful for

Hello, my name is Ed and this is what I am thankful for.  First I am thankful for Alyssa, she is my fiancee but I call her my wife for simplicity's sake, she is my everything and I owe the happy life I live to her.  Alyssa is what gets me out of bed everyday, she is why I take care of myself, she is why I try to have a future.

I am thankful for Rachel, who is my girlfriend.  You see this is also a coming out post.  Alyssa and I are poly, and so is Rachel, and so is everyone else we are dating.  I just don't see a reason to only be romantic with one person and I don't see a reason to tell a partner they can only date me.  Rachel and I complete each other.  She is responsible where i'm lazy, I'm charismatic where she is awkward.  Anything that is hard for me is easy for her and vise versa,  Rachel is my perfect partner and I never want to be without her and my loving her hasn't made me lose any love for Alyssa.

I am thankful for Alyssa's boyfriend, who keeps her company while i'm at work.  He feeds her magic habit and takes care of her and hes a valued part of Alyssa's support system I could never be.

We are all happy together and I am thankful for that.
