VC Reset Timings

Conclusions (aka tl;dr):
This data includes timings from 20 different Wiis.  Due to the limitations of using existing YouTube video I would say there's a +/- 2 frame uncertainty on these numbers.  The main purpose of taking this data is to see if there's a reset discrepancy analogous to the one observed in OoT (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1LgS1VTt9WHAecv4_e4Kl0Fi8FMD65hH5RDVh6ATuaTY/edit).  These data definitively do not display such a discrepancy -- in OoT the unofficial IOS versions were causing a ~2s speedup in rests.  In all of the data here (within each version) there is at most a 10 frame (@30fps) difference, which is of course a third of a second (don't forget the 2 frame error bars, as well).  As the OoT investigators noted, there may still be minor discrepancies which may or may not be attributable to differences in individual Wii models.  Verifying that would take more consistent methods and a much larger data set per runner.


Method:
Frame 1 is the first black frame after the reset button is pressed.  Timing ends on the first completely black frame after the Nintendo 64 text fades (right before title screen; I'm stopping there to avoid variation in button mashing since the title screen is initially black).  Using 30fps video for this.  Unless otherwise noted these come from the reset after the 1st SoT (shouldn't matter where they are but I'm keeping track anyways).  I'm going to stick to videos on YouTube for consistency.
