- 4. Alts here and Alts elsewhere – None, as of yet.
- -- IC INFORMATION -
- 5. Character Name – Savio Bugardio
- 6. Character Species – Zoroark-morph
- 7. Character Personality – Savio is deceptive, cunning, and sure of himself, to a fault; The only person he considers that he can't deceive is himself, through illusions both mental and physical. On the outside, he'll seem warm, friendly, sociable; another one of his illusions. Savio can emulate morals, friendship, even infatuation, from observing others and whatever spark of those emotions he still has; however, he doesn't truly feel these things, and it will be a long shot before he does. What motivates him is money, objects and the thrill of illusion in itself; the simple feeling of deceiving others, knowing he can be or do whatever he wants if he wishes. If he wants something, he'll take steps to get it, whether these steps are buying it, or stealing it, or working with others to get what he wants. He'll keep his disguise and warm personality until he's sure it's been broken, acting out fear, revulsion, or whatever reaction necessary to keep his facade believable. Once he's sure it should be dropped, however, he'll change in the blink of an eye, becoming smug and cold.

- Character Background – Savio was born in the Rocket Base, to two Zoroark-morph, both second-gen. Both parents were stolen from an already-existing trainer couple, vacationing from Italy; both the lives of the trainers and the pokemon stolen would never be the same. While his mother was more compassionate and would have urged him along that path, Savio never knew her. Shortly after he was born, his mother and father were separated, him being promoted and her being taken to be taught loyalty, much like Savio's father. His father was a Lieutenant and a master of disguise for Team Rocket at the time, and despite family relations preventing personal training, Savio took after his father and idolized Team Rocket. While he wasn't whipped too often due to his father's loyalty to the organization, he was raised in conditions fairly different from many civilians. He was shot down from most childish activities both by his father and the organization that sired him, and became an agent from a fairly young age, being trained in espionage, disguise, combat, and other skills including things like some acrobatics in order to escape from tight situations and how to gain greater control over his voice to compensate for the unfortunate reality of the one chink in an illusion's armor. Savio was never a 'sweet kid'; from the very beginning, he was taught by his father that if he wanted something, others didn't matter. It was already his, just not in his hands.
- The Zorua-morph (at the time) stayed away from others, if only at first due to his taking of others' things, and then confusion about why that was wrong. The bias against dark-types drove others away from him, and Savio quietly accepted that he wouldn't ever be loved truly as himself, internalized it, locked it away along with any semblance of care for others, over time. However, he was still made too well aware that if he didn't actually talk to others, if he didn't 'play nice', he wouldn't get the love and attention he desired, either. So he kept talking and kept a facade, stealing much less often, when people were looking less. He learned social rules in school, made friends purely in the interests of learning what friendship was like (he kept that to himself, of course) and how to deceive others. Both because of his father, his training, and these experiences, Savio learned subtlety. While Ladri was Savio's father, the two were never truly close, Ladri seeing Savio both as a successor and a tool. Savio's father held some compassion towards him, but nothing significant. Savio, of course, looked up to his father above all else; however, this faded as his father awkwardly and confusedly rejected his attempts to bond; these attempts became less frequent over time, eventually becoming non-existent. Soon after the first time this happened or so, Savio started to use his training in illusion casually; stealing someone's food, or valuables disguised as another, slipping away or switching places with the one he disguised as, and watching in glee as the punishment was placed on them instead of him. Some days, the zorua would switch into another persona entirely, a Zangoose-morph, to confuse others, and to get him out of trouble when he was. It netted extra money for him and his father, and his father encouraged it, often pulling him out of the frying pan when things went wrong.. After a time, their connection started to degrade due to Ladri, his father, pulling Savio out of the fire whenever he was caught red-handed. While this taught Savio to learn from his mistakes, as well as finesse, these incidents started to degrade his father's reputation. At his father's suggestion, and possibly out of some semblance of compassion and a desire for the two not to start to become unpleasant with each other, Ladri suggested Savio transfer to a different team, or area, and adopt a new identity apart from his tag; it was at this point where the Zorua-morph, now Zoroark-morph chose his own name, hailing from his Italian origins and his tendency to deceive others. Savio started to work as his own espionage agent outside of training in a different section, with his present name; things went smoothly, of course, until Team Rocket started to fall apart.
- After the reform started, Savio left of his own volition, disgusted; he believed that Team Rocket was betraying its own morals by attempting to reform, and he was also confused why they would reform if there was little in it for them. That was how he was taught and what he learned; if there's nothing in it for you, it's not worth doing. He became a common thief at first, and made good off it for a while with what he had learned, and his skill with illusions; raised learning them his whole life, at this point Savio could mimic a solid object for roughly two to five minutes, on a good day; one to two on a bad one, sometimes with defects in the cloak. However, he was cocky and didn't consider he could have any flaws; while his training had gone over it, electronic devices and robotic detection were something Savio didn't take seriously enough. Once or twice, he left a clear view of his face on camera while swiping things for himself; that was enough, however, and the PIA captured him within days after the incidents. He stayed in custody for a time, and stayed in community service a time after that, learning to resent the PIA and the morals it stood for. Once his sentence was finished, Savio changed his M.O; He took contracts over MorphNet, and focused on subtlety and being a 'real person' more than ever before. Money from things he had stolen already went into classes on social etiquette, psychology and the function of electronics as a whole, and planned the greatest illusion of all; with stolen goods and a bar or two of solid gold in hand eventually procured over a period of months, Savio worked with others to fake his own death, both to clear his record with the PIA and to start over, as his history of theft sullied his reputation greatly, exemplifying his carelessness; even if he could fake being a good person, his actions would shine through. After the operation to fake Savio's death was over, he went in public as a Zangoose-morph, instead of a Zoroark-morph, under the new name of Clement, always staying cloaked in public. With electronic morphs, it was usually a small trifle getting them to stay quiet, often settled with a some bills slipped to the other, sometimes settled through anger, sometimes through mere indifference on the part of both parties. However, there were always instances where the cloak was broken; that was something he, of course, thought of, and would usually spin a story involving trouble with Rocket, or other untrustworthy individuals in the past forcing him to take a new identity, as a new morph. As Clement, he (legally, of course) started a new business to sustain him as a second source of income; Clement's Fences, a store that sells outdoor furniture for homes, mostly fencing units. In the basement of the building, however, he ran a quite different kind of fence; aside from Clement, and Savio, the Zoroark was his own fence. He took contracts online, sometimes from petty individuals who wanted something belonging to someone else, sometimes more high-dollar jobs that were reminiscent of his days at Rocket, intel or larger operations, things that got his blood really pumping. When he didn't have contracts, he merely would swipe things that seemed of value, keep them in the basement of Clement's Fences, and like the building's namesake, he would take the visage of some poor morph on the street and fence the object for a profit. He was much more careful than before, taking many visages, police officer, repairman, friend, all to scope out the next victim of his theft and how not to be caught by morphs or security of the building in question. Life was good for him.
- 9. Character Description – As Savio's longest-standing, most developed illusion and new identity, Clement is anything but threatening; Tall, slightly lanky and unathletic, often wearing loose clothing even in winter, due to his fur. He has a head of white hair, and wears glasses; his clothing reveals an untainted, if slightly disheveled body of fur with the usual Zangoose-morph pattern. His grin's a little off, but he is nice. Once the illusion falls, or is seen through, Savio is an entirely different image; well groomed, slightly muscular, and much shorter than his illusion, by about a foot or more. He wears glasses as well but his face is much more confident, smug, even. He will keep up his facade of kindness even if his illusion is broken, often citing trouble in the past as the reason for his new identity, unless he chooses to drop the facade altogether, if only for a short while. He has some scars of the worse punishments for his activities that he has no fear of showing, and in fact considers them trophies, more things to belong to him. His clothing is more often than not plain, or dark to better hide him if his illusion doesn't. Very little is below Savio, not killing, not any form of deceit, not sacrificing any semblance of dignity to make his illusion more perfect.

- Profile: Open, sociable, friendly, talkative. These are all the things that Clement is, but Savio..isn't, excepting the last one. The seemingly kind Zangoose-morph illusion, cloaking the man beneath nearly all the time, holds a facade for a cruel, emotionless Zoroark-morph that literally does not understand friendship, but does know how to use it to get what he wants; a master of mental illusion as well as physical, at least in his own mind. While he'll keep his facade of kindness up even with his Zangoose-morph illusion broken, see through his warm personality and he might drop the act, becoming truly cold and smug. Content to keep his own nose out of the business of others (unless there's profit), Savio is two-faced as two-faced can be, and has pockets that are more than a little lined because of it.
